We have this AC sa rented house namin sa province. It's a rebadged Midea that displays the ambient temp during operation. Medyo matakaw siya sa kuryente and is rather inefficient lalo at mababa lang ang CFM nya. The only good thing about it is that tahimik siya for a conventional aircon.
Kung susundan mo yung sizing chart ng conventional aircons, it should have no problem cooling your 13sqm room. But to be honest with you, that particular aircon is on the weak side and should be sized like an inverter AC. This means na underpowered siya for your room. Your best bets would be:
