  Hi Sir Michael.
  Greetings.
  Just want to commend you sana regarding our transcation last October 7 for promt response in my advert. but it turned out to be a frustration. coz' we supposed to close a deal that time, pero hindi po nabasang mabuti ni sir yung price posted ko na 21,000 yung item na binebenta ko. he tested right away the item pero ng magbabayaran na 16k lng ang binibigay kala 16k ko lng binebenta, ng i check nya ulit sa net yung post ko mali pala yung tinggin nya. in short hndi natuloy yung deal dahil kulang yung budget nya. sayang lang yung time and effort that time. He promised to text me and update me the following day, negative or positive feedback til 6am kung kukunin pa nya yung laptop ko at para makakuha din sya ng fund, pero till now hndi na sya nag update. sana lang po sir nag txt kayo kung mattloy pa ba o hndi so we close a deal para matapos na. anyways sana next time mr michael maging particular sa mga details na nakapost , para pag nakipag deal ka sure ka sa budget mo. hindi masayang ang oras...
