Asus Eee PC ultraportable laptop

i got a 7A here, pero nde ko pa nakikita kung i have the extra slot. postive thinking ako hehe.

7A model has mini pci-e connector,
7B and 7C has no extra mini pci-e connector,
but this won\'t hamper you in modding your eeepc. =) (that is if u will mod it.) -
Bought an extra 8 gb Transcend SD card for storage and upgraded my mems to 2gb DDR2 Team Elite ....(Benta ko na lang yung dating mems : ) How much ba going rate?
So far so good !!! Pagkabit ng 2 gb memory, di gumalaw yung mouse cursor. We had to reboot. After that, going smooth na...so far.
Recommended ba talaga na i-convert to XP...? I have kasi a TinyXP program ....Should I change my OS?
Para kasing gusto ko munang paglaruan yung Xandros...which I already converted to Advanced version. You have to be connected to the Internet when upgrading because you need to download the files needed for the upgrade. -
Use whatever OS you want, that\'s one of the benefits of the EEE over other products in its price range (iPhone, PDA, etc...). The Asus-Xandros however, can only see 1GB. :) Windows XP / other Linux variants can utilize all 2 GB of your mem stick.

ang tagal ko nang watch mode dito and finally nagkaroon na ako ng ASUS eee. for 18,200 petot kasama na upgrade to 1gig Mem.

1month from now meron na ako eee ^_^ nag padala ako kay ermat kasi papadala ng package. Dapat last december pa kaso as in wipe out ang eee pc sa chicago kasi daling naubos kaya acer laptop ang dinalada pag uwi. Cant wait to have eee pc. Mahal kasi dito 17k while sa US is 200$ talaga or P8,000 pesos (P1 = $40).

talagang ganun. syempre may additional shipping at customs duties and taxes pa yan pagdating dito. at meron pang mark-up ng seller. -

irabel: i believe pink, green and blue are Surf-only colors. Asus has yet to release a red unit. Though there was someone from EeeUser.com who repainted his to a black/red motif. :) The 4G and 8G non-surf\'s come in black and white only. -

usb/external optical drives beats the purpose of having ur e3 pc kse syempre extra peripheral tapos bulky pero pwede din naman saken nun naginstall lng ako ng xp ko on my e3 usb2ide adapter ginamit ko but thats it after ko install ndi ko na ginamit ulit i instead bought an 8gigger sd card andun yun mga cd iso ko tas virtual cd na lng yun lng matrabaho but i dont usually rip cd to iso pag kelangan lng talaga .. torre nts lang laman nun na muvis ..

- $399.99 x 41.50 = P16,599.58 before US taxes.
- local price is average 18K but with complete distro support and warranty. Read the International Warranty Policy of the EEE PC as it is not like most Asus Laptops. -

Last nite there were a couple of people i was riding with going home. One of the ladies wer cracking jokes about Bisaya people.. their accent and stuff.. then in the middle of their \"not so palatable\" jokes..sabi: uy excuse ha baka may bisaya dito..then when nobody answered they continued their barrage of jokes about Bisaya people.. suddenly a cellphone rang and the one making jokes spoke in ILONGGO/Bacolod accent.. i couldn\'t help myself I HAD TO LAUGH MY ASS OFF..
no offense meant to Ilonggo people here..but that dude was bashing a certain region of our OWN people..un pala may accent din sya..
