  possible identity theft master..or pwede pud na ang actual person gyud nang scam. hinoon barato ra ang item pero lisud na.
  
  anyway here's what happened, the tpc member concerned is "bluearagon". hinoon its been about 2 days since he stopped responding to PMs man hinoon, so i'll still give him a chance. i searched the name of his bpi bank account name "apolinar del rosario jr" and it turns out to be well known member "jhayblue" nga dugay na wala ga login diri sa tpc. also sila pud distributor sauna og zalman/arctic cooling products diri katong crazycool na company, dunno if nalugi na ba to. he removed his phone number right after we made the deal bugo sad ko wala nako na save. pero i asked some of the members na previously naka transact niya and it more or less confirmed that he really is apolinar del rosario or jhayblue. i tried contacting the phone numbers pero walay mutubag.
  
  anyway what would you guys suggest that i should do? dili man kaayo mahal ang item na pwede ra palampason, pero that would just be plain wrong..considering daghan na cyag naka-deal diri sa tpc. hopefully na busy ra to and mapadala ra niya ang items, pero the fact na wala na cya gareply sa akong pm although nagonline cya just recently & wala cya gatubag og phonecalls is making me very uneasy

  lisod ang identity theft master in your case- if confirmed nga ang gihatag nga # sa mga previous transact nya are same

  i-pm si abtp. mod na cya diri. he tried helping me before, to catch a scammer sad nga si "mon14". i was able to track the guy, with the help of abtp, but i wasn't able to use the info i got kay la sad jud ko muadto ug manila to find the guy or magpablotter didto. i went to nbi here, gbalibaran ra ko kay dili daw nila jurisdiction kay the transaction happened online. murag gtapol ra to kay i never showed any hint that i was gonna pay under the table. i contacted a lawyer sa cebu sad, but murag mas dako ako gastuon sa lawyer compared to what i lost. i've managed to stay in contact with mon14, befriended him sa facebook even, hoping i could catch him in the future.

  @muri thanks a lot sa tips..after trying to contact him sa mga phone numbers nga nakuha nako from his previous clients and posting sa complaints thread..nag text na gyud siya. gipadala niya ang items last monday and i got it yesterday..i'd have to thanks his previous tpc buyers kay they provided info like asa na cya gatrabaho and phone numbers. i guess he changed his mind after that..wala gani niya gi explain nako ngano wala siya nagreply og pila ka adlaw.. well lesson learned na lang pud ni nako, dili gyud ta magkumpiyansa maski sa karaang members :/
