question lng po...
durable and fade resistant po ba printing on pre-cut direct printing?
post naman po ng sample nila...

I tried direct PVC printing on pre-cut PVCs using solvent.
Mahirap sa solvent kasi mas madali mag-clogged sa nozzle ang solvent. So in short nasira ng maaga yung R230 na printer ko.
Pero fade resistant ang solvent. I tried na ibilad sa araw yung solvent and yung UV ink.
solvent + pre-cut PVC = fade resistant.
UV Ink + A4 size PVC = 1 week palang nagfade na.

i just bought r290 today...
ano po kaya ma-recommend nila na better ink for pvc printing.. yun hindi kaagad masisira yun printer head..

r290 original ink is claria which is actually uv dye
the safest ink para hindi masira ang printer head is uv dye, then pigment (with fade resistant feature), last choice ang solvent ink

Kahit ba laminated proccess ng PVC ID nag fade fade din?
di ba dapat hindi kasi nasa loob ang print

meron nakasabi sa akin maganda raw lagyan ang pvc id "dye based" ng cold laminating film sa ibabaw para magtagal kahit konti ang PVC. ---

ask ko lang if anybody tried using dye ink on pvc then spraying clear acrylic paint before laminating? ito raw iyong nakakpag-prolong ng color so as not to fade. kasi nga using pigment ink would clog the printer head...

up ko lang...
id tried priting pvc id sa uv dye inks, kaso after a few months parang nagbe-bleed yung ink, inde naman faded, pero parang kumakalat.
any ideas?
