Samsung T240HD & T260HD Thread

  i bumped on a problem.
  
  we have 2 dvd players. one is JVC brand, and the other is SAMSUNG brand.
  
  everytime i tried to use the JVC , "mode is not supported" appears in the T260HD LCD.
  
  this does not occur when i use the SAMSUNG dvd player.
  
  connection for the both dvd players is via RCA Cable

  What is the manufactured date posted on the sticker at the back of your goodie? Is it Dec. 2008 as what is showing on the screen before PANEL:26A
  
  As for your DVD problem, it might be a problem on the settings or better yet you may call the SAMSUNG toll-free hotline or the store where you bought it.
  
  Another thing, have you tried using the LCD as cable TV? How is the picture, like is it grainy, blurred or totally great picture quality?

  got mine today..errr.yesterday na pla...inumaga na ko kakatesting ng T260HD ko..
  hehe..last unit sa villman sm cubao (sabi ng staff),.
  
  mju nanbago lng ako kc galing ako sa 15" lcd monitor na higit dekada na ata..haha!
  padala galing japan..grabeng! LAKING diperensya! sa size at sa quality..
  
  so far wala naman akong nkikitang prob..sana lng walang lumabas na prob.. :)
  
  nde ko pla nkuha agad ung cp knina,.sabi i have to register pa sa website..haayz...
  sayang din un.. :D
  
  btw, i checked the hidden menu, and mine is the same as cyd's 2nd panel (the GOOd one)...:)

  medyo ngka-problema lng sa speed ng net ko..(free live stream lng kc via justintv..) but all in all satisfied! :D

  bale kapag nanood/naglaro ka ng full hd (16:9)... may black bars (about 60pix each lang naman) sa taas at baba... if you can live with that, then sakto sa'yo yung t260hd. cheapest hdtv sa ngayon.

  @aldrin, ganyan talaga output niya, .mkv yang file na yan eh. ewan ko lang kung may nakapagtry na. naka enable na sakin yung "overscan" yan ang output.

  vlc kasi gamit ko, may option dun na ifoforce nya mafull screen yung video...hindi ko pa natry magfull screen ng 1080p eh. anyway, okay naman kahit may black bars sa baba, konti lang naman eh.
