  konting ingat din mga bro....kailangan din natin maipakita yung prof na yung item na nawawala ay talagang sa inyo...
  
  kasi ako nabiktima na ng ganyan...binentahan ako ng isang tao ng laptop...tapos after a week gumawa sya ng police report na stolen yung laptop nya...gumawa pa sya ng pakulo na soli ko lang daw hindi na sya mag-rereklamo...wala naman akong prof na maipakita sa police na binili ko talaga yung laptop...kaya next time pag bibili kayo mag sama kayo ng isa pang tao, para may testigo.. at humingi na din kayo nga kasulatan na binenta nya sa inyo yung item together with photo copied ID nya...para walang aberya....kasi sayang din yung perang pinaghirapan natin mapupunta lang sa wala..

  I highly suggest that when you deal (buy or sell) with high value items like laptops and dslrs, you must have some written form to document the transaction... parang deed or certificate of sale just to protect both parties from any incidents like this in the future...
  
  
  1. Before the sale, ask the seller for a photocopy of his valid ID (2 copies - Buyer & Seller).
  2. On the back of these photocopied document, you can write down the following documentation
  
  Date
  
  This is to certify that I, SELLER's NAME, with address ______, is the legal owner of ITEM (DSL/LAPTOP) with Serial Number ____ and its accessories.
  
  Sell, transfer, and convey ownership to BUYER's NAME, with address _______ for the amount of Php XXXXX (Phil Pesos) on a whereis, as is basis.
  
  With warranty coverage of _____ (As needed)
  
  
  Certified true and correct
  
  (Signed)
  Seller's Name
  
  (Signed)
  Buyer's Name
  
  Make 2 copies ---- I for Buyer and 1 for Seller
  At least Malinaw na may document to avoid such incidents stated above...
  This is can be used to document high value transactions to protect both buyer and seller...

  Pag nakita nyo yung LOST/STOLEN items nyo being sold at GHills... I suggest you ask assitance from the VMall marshalls / security guards roaming the malls... Make sure you have proof showing that you are the real owners of the item... I'm sure this will cause some argument from the item vendor... Try to talk in a calm and respectful manner but make sure you have your friends/family to back you up + the mall security marshalls...
  
  In some cases, "para walang gulo at reklamo from the vendor' the items are turned over to the real owners but be careful as these vendors might have thugs to follow you back to your vehicles.... Just leave the area immediately once you get your items...
  
  Its very difficult to recover lost stolen items in GHills but as long as you have proof and proper documentation that these are indeed stolen... vendors are afraid to get into trouble with selling stolen items and they just return back the items "para walang gulo...."

  always ask for the serial nos when buying a 2nd hand laptop..

  Meron m2comms na sticker sa ilalim naka indicate yong contact number ng office doon. Kung meron kayong makita o bebenta sa inyo paki pm nalang ako dito sa tpc.

  I would just like to ask if there's any website or database of stolen cameras and lenses? My Nikon D60, Bigboy, was stolen yesterday morning, July 26, 2010 around 2:00AM (Pandacan, Manila area). The details are:

  Ipagbigay lang po sa mob# 0918-9362510. Sinaksak po sa nung 4 na holdaper. Sa service road near merville nangyari. tumakbo sa kabilang side nang e-way yung mga holdaper, inakyat nila yung bakod. Baka nasira kasi ibnao sa kabilang bakod yung laptop. Mahalaga yung harddisk na ma-retrieve.
