Buyer beware. I bought from this seller due to his 100% positive feedback. The transaction went well, he was easy to talk to and get in touch with. His one week personal warranty sealed the deal, because he said if there were any problems, I\'d get my money back. Before the week was over, I discovered a problem and sent him text messages and private messages but he has yet to reply to any of my messages (it\'s been over two weeks and I know he has been logging into this site often.) He was very attentive when I first contacted him about the laptop but I haven\'t received a reply regarding my problem. If you have to buy a laptop from him, test it thoroughly (including the stated battery life) before you hand over the money because you may never hear from him again. -

sir ang tagal na nung hinihingi kong BIOS supervisor password ng binili kong laptop sayo, wala pa rin. nagsawa nako mag-follow-up. kelangan ba talaga ng neg feedback para makuha attention mo? salamat.
