Purchased a brand new HP Elite Desk from him yesterday, easy person to talk to and accommodating. Unfortunately the unit had issues when I got home and tested it. After a day of troubleshooting I contacted him and requested for a refund which he declined. I understand that he does not represent an establishment and there are certain risks buying in TPC. It\'s just something you wouldn\'t expect when buying a brand new unit. In fairness to him he did offer to schedule a meet up and troubleshoot it or swap it with his used unit. Long story short I ended up taking the time and money having it fixed myself. Nothing really bad just a waste of time and effort. -
