    Sa wakas nakuha ko din yung HSF na hinahanap ko! Hindi posted pero sila nag sabi na meron instock.

    Medyo matagal mag deliver si Zoom Courier pero hindi kasalanan ni seller.

    Bilis at madali kausap, responsive, wala ka nang hahanapin pa!

    Very dissatisfied customer here. I already paid for my item and it has already been a month but I haven't received anything yet nor have gotten a refund.

    Nov4 - I inquired through text for a B450m MSI Mobo
    Nov5 - I got a response on price of item I inquired about. I asked for deposit details so that I can have it shipped instead. I asked what I had to do to confirm but seller mentioned that they can just check through online banking
    Nov6- I prompted the seller that I made the deposit and gave my delivery details. Seller confirmed receipt of amount
    Nov10- I followed up if item has been shipped. I received a response that there's a "problem" with logistics and they had to order a new one from supplier
    Nov17- I followed up but did not receive a response
    Nov20- I followed up again but did not get response
    Nov22- followed up and seller apologized that their phone had a "major problem" that had to be fixed and will need to check again with supplier
    Nov27- follow up sent but no response from seller
    Nov 30- I asked for refund but no response from seller
    Dec1- called number thrice, first time the number was out of reach, while 2nd and 3rd the fone kept ringing. got a response a few minutes after telling me to just send my details for amount to be transferred "by sir Kenneth". this is in reference to the text I sent November 30, which means that seller can receive my messages but is intentionally not responding to me

    I honestly am very dissapointed with this experience as seller does not have an ounce of remorse due to the inconvenience that this has caused. Least that you could have done was to advise me that item is not available and my money should have been returned to me.

    Contacted the seller on Dec 21 got my Ducky One 2 RGB TKL on Dec 26. Pretty fast considering there were no operations on the 24th and 25th. Seller was fast and easy to talk to as well. I am happy with the service and will recommend to everyone! Thank you!

    I have some to tell with this sir.

    At first he is not that accomodating to me. I inquire alot of times to the item and i got very low response to sir. I even call him but no answer. It came to my mind that this "might" be a bogus seller. I give up contacting this sir and plan to buy mechanical keyboard to other seller. But to my suprise when i am about to close my deal to other seller he texted me and inform that the item is on stock. I hold my deal to other seller for the reason he is selling the keyboard a bit cheaper plus it is most convenient for me. Even i had doubt to sir i still want to make transaction with him. Without regret i buy my keyboard to the right seller.

    Cheap plus door to door delivery what more can we ask for?! But what really SUPRISE me is that my item was delivered first before the payment. Can you find a seller like him?! If there is tell me. Ahahaha!

    Dont hesitate to buy to this sir. He might be not accomodating to me at first but he give me a blast!

    Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SELLER.

    Thank you so much for the MSI b450m Bazooka Plus na ang tagal ko na naghahanap sa market pero out of stock lahat ng napagtanungan ko except sa store na to.
    Transaction would be okay except for the Zoom Courier which I don't know if they lost the package that was picked-up last Jan.17 from Sir Kenneth's team.
    Good thing at nagawan nila ng paraan and received the item yesterday in good and perfect condition.

    I DO APOLOGIZE SA PAGIGING MAKULIT KO AND THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!!

    Walang kwentang seller.

    Just like the other negative comment here, pareho kami ng experience.
    Feb 18 asked if item is onhand, on hand daw. Paid for the item, for shipping. (Ducky one 2 rgb TKL worth 6490 with shipping)

    Feb 19 asked for an update. Nasa labas daw sya, send nya details pag balik niya. Got no updates.

    Feb 21 asked for an update. No reply

    Feb 22 asked for an update, asked if na scam na ba ako. Reply niya,

    "Upon checking, nakay supplier pa ang item awaiting release since ubos na onhand namin. However, d namin ma contact si supplier kasi down internet nila. Will update kung may developments."

    Syempre nainis ako tinanong ko kung onhand eh sabi oo. Still I waited patiently.

    Feb 25 asked for an update. No reply na naman. (Note: once a day lng ako nag aask at d ko naman kinukulit.)

    Feb 26 asked for a refund. Di sumasagot ng tawag ring lng ng ring. Di rin sumasagot ng text. After an hour nag reply na pasend nlng daw ng bank details at i.rerelay nya ang message kay "Sir Kenneth" for the refund.

    Nag refund naman salamat sa Diyos.

    Don't buy from this useless seller. TPC paki ban nlng nito sobrang hassle tsaka waste of time, Tagal kong nag hintay ng wala. Buti nlng di ganun ka importante order ko na keyboard.

    The seller is very accommodating, though I complained a bit for the late delivery but it was all worth it.

    Bought G.skill Aegis ddr4 2400 2x4 8g, received brand new, working condition.

    - seller is not very responsive. swerte ka if you get a response agad. otherwise you'll never know kung kailan pa mag-re-respond sa inquiry mo.
    - it's you who really have to follow-up w/ this person. kung aasa ka na siya mag-i-initiate ng communication sa iyo kahit siya na nag-sabi na i-a-update ka niya , wag ka na umasa.
    - his shipping fee is a bit expensive imo. he uses the cheapy courier services pero yung singil niya sa shipping medyo mataas. cheap courier service = long delivery time. better siguro makipag-meet up ka na lang para makuha mo agad item mo.

    although i did receive my item in good condition, i'm not happy with my buying experience with this person. sa iba na lang ako bibili next time.
