I'm the one who bought the "msi gtx 560 ti twinfrzr III"
the deal was done within a day and he gave a 1 week warranty since i couldn't test the item. unfortunately, it's been roughly a month after the deal and i only realized the issue right now which is kinda late. 1 of the vidcard fans isn't spinning and is causing problems for my system. I encountered this before when i initally installed the item but i thought that it's another issue that's causing it. basically, the item is running fine by itself but it's non-working fan is causing heat problems and is causing random crashes.
so now, after doing multiple cleaning, upgrades and updates while still not resolving the issue, i did a physical check while my pc is running and saw na hindi umiikot yung isang fan. you won't be able to see this unless you look at an awkward angle because the fans are at the bottom.
i believe that the dealer didn't mean to sell a defective item so i'm trying to contact him right now. if we're able to resolve the issue, i'll change this negative feedback to a positive.
