Ako po yung nag avail sa inyo last January 13, 2016 (Wednesday) sa savemore sa Kiko ng 2 pcs 250gb Hard disk (Seagate and WD Blue) at 2 Great Wall Powersupply, i know alam nyo po ito dahil pinapirma nyo pa po ako sa logbook ninyo.
I have been trying to contact you since Sunday (January 17, 2016) regardin sa 250gb Hard disk (WD Blue) which is detected as S.M.A.R.T. Status Bad, hindi mainstallan ng OS, and hindi din magamit as back-up.
I have tried calling your CP number 09206508433 (Out of coverage area) and you land line number 9615432 (Walang sumasagot) at nag PM na din po ako sa FB account (Johairah Lhen) which you used to reply to my inquiries sa FB.
My last resort, knowing na 7 days lang ang replacement warranty nyo and today was the 7th day (January 19, 2016 Tuesday), was to go to your house B23 L37 Malanting Street, Capitol Homes II, Caloocan and i saw the vehicle na ginamit mo during our meet up na naka park dun sa inyo but i knocked 15 minutes but no one answered or no one was at home.
Im sure you wont exchange your 3,+++ flawless positive feedbacks for just P550 pesos, and im sure na hindi niyo ito intention, i just want to catch your attention so that maka pag usap tayo ng maayos regarding sa item, alam ko maliit lang na halaga pero siyempre di naman tayo mayaman at maliit lang ang tinutubo nateng lahat so every peso counts.

This is just a warning to others, ngayon lang ako nakapagbukas ulit ng TPC account ko and i was surprised na may nagmessage saken regarding kay aiaiser
Hope mapansin ito ng mga admin at ng mabigyan ng hustisya, maliit lang na halaga ang nawala saken, at alam kong di ko na mababawi yun, kaya ko lang ginagawa to para maging aware ang iba sa maling nangyari o nagawa nito ni aiaiser
