    If you bought a product from a shop and realized later it's not what you needed in the first place, can you simply return it and get your money back? You just can't. So what you will probably do is post it on TPC at a great price off, and consider yourself lucky if your item is sold immediately.

    I bought an item from Badburn, only to realize later it isn't what I require. I texted Badburn about my dilemma, not hopeful about anything good coming from it. Badburn texted back with profuse sympathy, and OFFERED TO RETURN MY MONEY FOR THE ITEM! Imagine that?

    I do not know how else one could extol a TPC seller like Badburn. I wish I could post this as an FS or LF item in TPC so many more people would come to know.

    Fellow TPC Habitats, reward yourselves by patronizing Badburn. You will surely enjoy both confidence and peace of mind that you are dealing with a really trustworthy person.

    Nung una akala ko okey itong si Jay kausap...magalang at bilis mag reply. Then I had a problem with the item he sold me. di sya compatible with my laptop so I was asking nicely for a refund or a swap - fair lang naman yun diba? Sabi ko pa nga bawasan nya ng P500 yung bayad ko for the inconvenience eh. I only had the item for less than 5 hours, at di ko man sya nainstall sa laptop ko.

    Sabi nya he'll ask his partners daw, ok. Pero then ayaw na nyang sumagot sa SMS at calls ko. Sad thing is. I had to threaten him with - negative feedback to get him to talk to me. Nasa Tagaytay daw sya. So? Ako naman ang tumatawag eh, ako magbabayad sa call diba?

    Alam nyo kung sinabi lang nya sa simula na di pwede okey na sana eh, pero tinaguan nya ako. That's not right pare. Kahit naman ikaw lumagay sa katayuan ko alam mo mali yun diba?

    Sabi pa nya, naloko din daw sya ng seller dito sa TPC, di naman daw sya nagreklamo, so dapat tumahimik na daw ako. Sorry, Jay pero two wrongs does not make a right. Besides, my morals and self-esteem are not worth all the money in the world.

    For the record, maraming TPCers stand by their products - This is why I enjoy doing business here. Don't demean these people by claiming lahat sila kagaya mo. For the record 2nd person ka pa lang na bibigyan ko ng - feedback sa 5 years na nag-o-online trading ako.

    Jay, sana ma-realize mo na being a TPC seller does not excuse you from being a responsible one. I hope you learn from this.

    Good luck in your studies and your work. I mean this.

    I had a great experience transacting with Jay - he was direct, prompt with his replies and honest in his dealings with me. Absolutely no hassles at all and no complaints. He even extended his personal warranty at my request to properly test the item.
