    I just recently check my tpc and to my surprise that i had 1 negative feedback that you posted.

    You received the item on Monday costing of 350.00 and you called me that our item was defective on Friday morning. I told you that we will replaced it with a new one and scheduled to be delivered within the day. However, due to untoward event, my delivery boy did not make it.

    SO WE OPTED TO REFUND YOUR PAYMENT (P350.00) EARLY MORNING ON THE NEXT MONDAY (since we have no office on Saturday and Sunday).
