Chester made sure that you'll have enough time to check and inspect the item to see if unit is exactly the one advertised. Made some tutorials on what to check and how to use. Although the unit was in perfect condition, I'd asked for a personally warranty so I can thoroguhly test the unit at home but was declined. Anyway, I had the unit for 3 days now and everything is working smoothly.
I will still recommend him to my friends and might even have future transactions with him because of his professional way of transacting to online buyers.

Well I bought a brand new Dell Laptop to Sir Chester yesterday. The product with its accessories as described are very fresh and he ensured they are not touched/used in any way before it will be sold.
Before the deal sir Chester discussed to me the following:
1. History, where the laptop came from
2. Computer demonstration and checking of all ports
3. Laptop Safety and other tips
4. Reminder - Do's and dont's
He is a very informative guy and I think his credibility here speaks for itself. He even accommodated all my questions and let me check the laptop thoroughly.
I haven't tried buying the used laptops but the way I see it I doubt that this man will scam anyone. He is not just friendly but also a professional seller.
