hitsugaya2_0 on October 19, 2016 11:17 AMI texted the availability of Plantronics Rig 500E (7.1) on all branches last sunday 10/16/16. One branch replied that it was available on Makati branch, I also asked if this was correct and if their are no typos in the post, they said it was correct.
Having confirmed that the post was legit I went there the next day to buy it personally. En route, I texted the same number and they reconfirmed that it was available. When I got there they didnt have a single unit available, in fact all branches didnt have a stock of that unit, I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM DASMARINAS, CAVITE for NOTHING!! The personnel then told me that the supplier had a stock and that they would ship it to me for free as compensation for the trouble they put me, So I paid for the item and left very disappointed because I really needed it that day. The next day, I had my hopes up and texted 8am to follow up for the delivery and the reply took 8 hours. I thought I will finally have a good news, guess what, the personnel told me that the item that I paid for was posted/advertised incorrectly. The item that I paid for was supposedly the standard stereo headset not the 7.1 surround one and has 2 sets of ear cups on it. When in fact, the stereo model was priced P2500 before re-editing today (P2750 on other sellers). They asked me if i could just add extra cash to get the exact item that I want. Obviously, Im not gonna do that because that's out of my budget range and I'm Sure as hell wont buy a different item worth the money I paid.
So my money is with them, and I dont even know if ill get it back because im opting on a different model Plantronics Rig 500HD which they didnt have or atleast not posted/advertised on this site.
This is may be among your top blunders:
1. Poor Branch to Branch communication
2. Poor Staff item knowledge with regards to item model differences
3. Poor Customer service
4. Wrong advertisement of Item price information
I would like to add that I once bought a motherboard, a thermal compound, a P10k processor before on three different occasions, all of which I felt like I wasn't a paying customer to all your male personnel and that was in Manila, Makati and Eton Branch. You guys deserve another one or two more negative feedback from me but I wont do that because I believe in redemption
