    My first transaction with them - bought 2pcs 500g Brother Toner for testing - the problem is - it was not compatible (maybe due to my drum which is no longer the Original Brother 7065DN Drum) - contacted them for a return/refund - they agreed & I WAS REFUNDED WITH THE FULL AMOUNT + SHIPPING!
