  Was only supposed to get a 13inch macbook pro retina but ended up getting a 15incher instead. Great prices, sales team explained the warranty and all questions/inquiries have been answered.
  
  they probably have better service compared to apple stores and hope to do business again in the future.

  Unlike many online local sellers, the best thing about Japok is he has an actual store where you can check out what you're buying. I've already bought 3 Macs from him (1 MBA for me, another for the hubby, 1 MBP Retina for my sister) -- all brand new, in sealed boxes, complete with the white Apple stickers, plus warranty guarantee. Highly recommended seller.
