    If you want to save time money and your head from headache dont shop here, very disappointed what happened to me. They give you shit load of excuse and problems. Even the supervisor is not helping at all. Kung gusto nyo verify sino ba ako tumawag kyo sa pccorner look for benson, tumawag kyo sa nanotec, tawag kyo sa bytesfree, tawag kyo pchub, serious buyer but joke shop. All contact number is a joke. try nyo tumawag ring ring ring. pag na swerte kyo may sumagot malasan din kyo sa joke employee nila. Walang ka energy energy magbenta. sorry no more next time. 2 times headache is enough.

    Lesson for other customers I hope you don't experience this.

    I ordered an Elliot wireless earphones via shipping last 5/22/2016 and received it 5/23/2016 it works okay then suddenly 5/26/2016 the right side of the earpiece was not working. I texted their contact number for replacement since i just purchased it.

    Now here is the disappointing part, I ask how will I return it to them since I ordered via shipping. They said I need to go to LBC and send the item back to them and the customer should shoulder the shipping to the Kimstore office. They also said "if my purchase was COD the delivery fee would be free"

    As a customer feel disappointed the reason for me to pick shipping transaction is to avoid hassle especially may work ako. Now sana nilagay nila sa rules nila yan. First time buyer and not going to buy again here.
