Bought Noctua NH-L9a from kmendoz_ph last May 27, 2021. At first I was hesitant since there are no feedbacks yet. I asked if they did COD but they only did bank transactions.
After plenty of emails regarding the item and my queries on the delivery and payment, the owner sent the item to my home EVEN IF I HAVE NOT MADE THE PAYMENT YET. The item was in good condition. delivery was on time and I paid after getting the item via BDO online payment.
It was a risk on the seller's part to send the item so I thank them very much.
I recommend this seller. Regardless of the limited options on communication with the seller (via Tipidpc only) the transaction was okay. I also told the owner they should look into other means of communication and payment specially these days. I'm sure they'll be improving their service at their pace.

I was looking for an EVGA BV450 when this guy offered me a brand new one. I was hesitant at first because there was no feedback but lol l really want this power supply model so I went ahead with the transaction and paid him via PayMaya.
Delivery took a while but he was constant in his updates. If this seller slides into your DMs offering you what you are looking for, I suggest you make the deal with him. Highly recommended! -

We exchanged message back and forth for almost a year (per month kasi ako nag rereply) para lang sa tempered glass ng Nexus M.
Kung ibang seller yun baka di na nila ako nirelplayan pero si sir Kenneth worked with me to finish this long over due na deal.
All in all sobrang smooth, yung item ko shinip out niya kahit wala pa akong bayad. Super risk sa seller part pero I appreciate his trust. Looking forward for more transaction. -
