Good day, I\'ve been a member of this
community since 2007 and as a common practice, I always
make sure as much as possible that every items and
transactions may it be in selling or want to buy
    section is just and transparent.

One of that practice is that when I post an item for
sale, I always state/mention in my items posted is for
the buyers to come to my house to have the item(s)
tested before deciding to buy the item, in that way
both parties will have a peace of mind and avoid
    unnecessary disputes in the future.

As a technician,I also posted that I provide a home
service for computer repairs, one of the benefit of
doing this for customers is that to have their
computer(s) fix without leaving their premises.

In one of the occasions where I was contacted by
mcfuumei (also a tpc member) June 24, 2012 he was
seeking help to have his laptop fix in to occasion the
first one is when he need to upgrade his laptop
processor, i was able to provide him the help that he
need and strongly believe that he was satisfied with
    the service provided.

Second transaction is done just recently April 20,2013
when he ask me to have his other laptop restored/repair
because the first laptop I repaired for him was stolen,
again I strongly believe that I was able to provide
that service that he need to him.

And just then about three weeks ago he contacted me
again and informing that he purchase and second hand
laptop and he is asking me if I could clean up the
internal part of the laptop (dust removal inside the
laptop and ventilation exhaust cleaning), we have
agreed that he can come to my house so i can fix it
here since it was a week end (Sunday) and I was with my
family bonding/day affair, I told him I can accommodate
him since it will be a quick clean up and I can also
give him a few discount because he is the one coming
over (a consideration I give to customers who ask for a
discount for them to use as an extra money for fare).

He came to my house and accommodate him professionally
and also treat him as a friend since he is a repeat
customer, upon starting to remove the screws of his
laptop, I was able to notice/identify that the said
laptop has a history of previous repair, one of that is
the warranty seal covering one of the screws is damage
and the screw latch/holder underneath lower right
portion where the hinge for the laptop led screen is
also broken, prior to totally opening the laptop,I
immediately informed him about the laptop\\\'s condition
    and he acknowledge that.

I did not try to turn the laptop on before opening it
because of the reason that his intention was to have it
clean and he already mentioned before coming that he
already use the laptop for games.

In general, I was able to clean his laptop but after
re-assembling the laptop and trying to turn it on,there
was no display, again i tried to disassemble the laptop
and try to find the cause of the problem,I notice that
when I remove the hard drive and optical drive
together, the laptop boots up and shows a display on
the screen but when i try to put the hard drive and
optical drive, the laptop won\\\'t boot up.

The suppose to be a quick clean up became a four hours
of troubleshooting, but without any luck after all of
the troubleshooting performed,I informed mcfuumei that
he may need to leave his laptop because i need to bring
it to my friend\\\'s shop for further diagnostics.

I brought the laptop the following day to my friend\\\'s
shop, his name is Mr. Tony Unarce of AB Blanc computer
in Cubao and aside from being my friend, he is also my
    mentor for computer technicalities and
troubleshooting,he is in the computer repair business
for 20 years and his expertise is laptop repairs.

Knowing that he can identify the main cause of the
laptop\\\'s problem,I watched as he diagnose the laptop
until he was able to find the laptop\\\'s problem, there
was an actual sign of a previous repair of the laptop
and that same problem of the laptop re-occur it was a
    powerboard problem/issue.

Informing mcfuumei about the status of his laptop and
the cost of the repair, I also told him that his laptop
was already repaired by someone and probably sell it
online at a very cheap price, I also informed him that
I have nothing to do with the damage because as a
technician,my only purpose was to clean the laptop and
I have no idea of the actual status of the said laptop
but I was able to identify and informed him that it has
    a sign/markings of previous opening/repair prior to
    totally prying open the laptop.

I informed him that he has no other option but to
decide whether to have the laptop fix and pay for the
cost of the repair or not to have it fix. He clearly
agreed to the terms and told me that he has also no
other choice but to have it fix since he already bought
it. I explained every situation and even let him talk
directly and personally to my friend and let the two of
them talk over any agreement that they can come up with
in order for the laptop to get fix.

Bottom line, all parties agreed to have the laptop fix
    at mcfuumei\'s expenses.

But after him getting the laptop, he started to call my
friend and started bad mouthing against my friend, he
also texted and call me doing the same thing, we were
both surprise the he did such actions inspite of us
(Mr. Unarce)being professional and completely honest to
    him.
