  Definitely a very polite and accommodating seller. I received the item on time and in great condition - apart from a very minor issue which concerns the batteries included. BUT he gladly refunded the cost of the batteries! So, thank you for being honest, accommodating and very easy to deal with.

  I bought a Dymo LabelManager 160 handheld label maker from Paolo. We were supposed to do a meet-up transaction but when I saw the feedback from his previous transactions, I decided to have the item shipped instead. Item was shipped right after payment confirmation and I got it the next day.
  
  The first item I got had an issue and it would not print so I sent it back and he replaced it with a brand new item. Just like that, no hassle. You don't always see that everyday specially with online transactions with independent resellers.
  
  He was very professional and accommodating. I would not hesitate to deal with paolorenzo again, may it be buying or selling.
