Delivery time was supposed to be between 5-530 PM I clearly informed them ahead of time that I need to be at the office by 6PM but what happened was their delivery guy got to the meeting place 1 hour late and he did not even apologize. Sad to say this but next time you commit to a particular time frame make sure you comply to it to avoid hassle on your customers part. A simple apology from your delivery guy would have prevented this negative rating.
8xk on February 21, 2015 04:52 PMPurchased an Asus Z87i board from them which blacked-out 5 months after purchased. The board was pulled out by their messenger last December 21, 2014. after waiting 2 weeks they come back to me saying that the board has bent pins after having the board for 2 weeks already sighting that they already saw the damage but was just informing me then (yeah right).
After further correspondence via email, I tried raising the issue with their supplier to no avail. They only give you a weekly update with basically run-arounds on how or why the process is taking so long. SO after 2 months of waiting I decided to leave the board with them, it will probably be phased out anyway by the time i get it back, if ever.
Moral of the story, if you value warranty/after sales I suggest go to a reputable shop in the mall or somewhere else.
