\"You certainly made a good story here, Raffy. First of all, i offered you a FULL refund the same day you received the items from manila because of your numerous complains here and there. You wanted me to return even the Shipping fee of 350 pesos which has been paid to LBC already, and which i could not agree to ( i even paid 450 for that). I said that i can only return the 25,000pesos(18,000 for the 970 and 7,000 for the RAM) but not the 350php, but you said \"NO\". After a much heated and exhausting discussion, we made a compromise and i offered you a 2000 peso refund to spare us the hassle and so the both of us can move on. You were very happy with that arrangement right? You SMS\'d me 2 days ago, wanting to order another 970, an HDD and some other stuff which i did not respond to. I told you before that i will not deal with you anymore because i do not want to go through the same predicament again. I recall that you called me a \"Manloloko\" in your previous messages, if you really felt cheated by this \"Manloloko\" then why order from the same \"Manloloko\" again? It just doesnt add up.

Now, with regards to that Green thing on the 970\'s PCB. I dont know what in God\'s name happned to that. That thing was not there when i shipped it out to you. Someone here speculated that i might have used a water block and it leaked. Mister, the 970 just came out and there are no available waterblocks on the market yet, atleast not here in the Philippines. And for the record, I do not \"liquid cool\" any of the GPU\'s that i own and have owned in the past. Especially not an Item that is intended for sale. If that 970 has been mishandled by you, then i am in no way responsible for that. But if its a real leak coming from the transistor, then im sure the Local Distro will replace it through their RMA service which i will gladly assist you. Just send back the 970 and i will do the necessary arrangements for you. I hope this clarifies everything. Thank you TPC and More Power! \"
