Systems Administrator

Job Objectives: The System Admin are primarily responsible for maintaining the

company’s computer system, managing server, installing, and upgrading the company’s server. IT Admin are responsible for ensuring back up, restore data and secure data loss.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage all physical and virtual server
Manage file server
Manage internet and wireless connection and access
Manage email accounts
Manage and maintain user’s access and accounts
Manage and maintain Accounting System (Sage ACCPAC)
Manage and maintain Printers
Manage and maintain CCTV
Manage and maintain Biometrics
Manage and maintain PABX
Manage and maintain the Firewall
Manage and maintain the Company Website
Manage and maintain AWS
Perform server backup and clones
System tuning and optimization
Responsible in creation, installation configuration of Windows Servers.
Manage and update the Company Website
Computer and Laptop setup and support.

Professional Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 3 - 5 years of experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
In depth knowledge in Windows Server (2003, 2012 or 2016)
In depth knowledge in File Sharing, DHCP and DNS
In depth knowledge in Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware etc.)
In depth knowledge in Sage ACCPAC
In depth knowledge in CMS
In depth knowledge in UTM
Personal Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in MS Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment
Good sense of responsibility and urgency
