Repair Service for Seagate Expansion 2TB External Drive

Looking for a service repair for my Seagate Expansion 2TB External Drive. Cannot be detected both in MAC and Windows. Before the problem, I split the drive into 2 partition, 1TB for Windows and 1TB for MAC OS. After partition, tried formatting the drive but no luck, Unplugged the USB and reconnect, drive cannot be detected anymore. Did this using Windows 10 and tried doing the same in MAC OS, drive cannot be detected as well.
