SKYcable Digibox

  • Buja Uu nga nakita ko nagpromo pala sila. So yun plan 299 kasama na ba yun ibang digibox or per digibox ang bayad ng subs?
  • kung plan 299 ang install fee nun 1599 one time lng yan kung mag request ka pa ng extra box ang babayaran mo sa xtra box is P250 a month.
  • Sino na sa members na may Sky-on-Demand Digibox na may iWant? May iWant ba talaga? Yung sakin kasi Sky on Demand pa, nakita ko yung bagong SOD box may iWant na.
  • Pano ayusin ung Boot loop? Nag boot loop kasi ung Sky on Demand box namin

    Ano ba mas ok sa dalawa and ano difference? coaxial cable ba gamit nila parehas? Thanks in advance.

  • Sinong mga naka Sky on Demand digibox dyan?

    Dalawang box ko stuck sa "Booting Service.. Please wait.." pag on ko ngayon hapon.
  • Same here @ffdeguzman. Digibox stuck up sa Booting Service since this morning.

    Tried unplugging HDMI and main plug. Still not working. Read another complaint sa twitter.
  • Same issue with my digibox na stuck at Booting Service.

    The guide below from Sky website helped me resolve it:

    Here’s how to Factory Reset your SKY On Demand Box:

    1. Restart the box by turning the box off and on from the rear panel’s power switch. Blue screen with SKY logo will appear.

    2. When black screen appears, after 15 seconds, press the arrow down button found on front panel of the box for 2 seconds.

    3. Immediately press keys: “2”, “4”, “8”, “5” on your remote control.

    4. The LED display on the front panel will change to “FACT” and the box will resume boot-up.

    5. The channel scan pop-up message will appear. Press OK to scan channels.

  • ^May nakagawa na nung instructions above? Sinubukan ko ayaw gumana sa SOD box na stuck pa din sa booting page.
  • yes gumana sa akin. sa una ayaw din. gamit ka ng stop watch sa cp mo, off mo box > on mo box > sky logo > black screen (run mo stop watch 15secs.) > press CH down (2secs.) then press agad 2/4/8/5.

    * ginawa ko 15secs. continue mo lang, tapos sa 17secs press mo CH down, mabilis dapat
  • Ok, thanks tinry ko uli at nilagyan ko na ng timer ayun buti gumana after ilang ulit.
  • ganun din gnawa ko. pero nung stopwatch ako nagawa ko, medyo maarte siya talaga tamang timing para ma-reset mo siya.
  • Baka may makatulong sa problem namin sa digibox. Basically bigla kasing nahugot yung saksakan sa outlet tapos E017 No Valid Sector Found lang ang nakalagay sa screen. We have already refreshed our digibox to the point where it has reached the limit and we cannot refresh anymore. Ginawa na namin to through app, website, and phone and we did this everyday since nung nag start yung problem last Friday pa. Lumalabas lagi sa website and sa app na successful ang refresh pero after refreshing everytime it is always stuck on "SKYPVR Activate", we even tried leaving it on overnight habang nakadisplay yun message na yun pero wala pa rin. Ginawa na namin ang lahat including resetting the digibox to default settings dun sa menu and auto scanning ulit yung channel pero wala pa rin.

    Nangyari na to samin dati last year na biglang nahugot sa saksakan pero never siya nabagsak, nung time na yun isang refresh lang through the website okay na ulit. Pero this time ayaw talaga eh.

    Nakakabwiset ang hotline ng Sky Cable, puro automated and self help ang sasagot sayo, wala man lang tao na pwedeng makausap.

    nako baka ilang weeks pa kami mag tiis nito since wala ata balak magpapasok customer service nila until after GCQ so baka july pa huhu.

    Napinpoint niyo ba ano daw naging problem at nagkaganun? Ano ginawang solusyon?

    di sinabi kung bakit nagkaganun basta ni reset nila yung box namin.

    nag send na ako sa kanila ng message isa through app and another one through email sa website nila. buti naman at nagrespond sila both, pero on different days. in fairness, hindi automated or bot yung response nila mukang tao talaga nag type. same response lang nakuha ko saying na they "remote reset" yung digibox namin from their end and to try to unplug and plug it in after a few seconds para ma reboot daw yung system. ayun wala pa rin pagbabago same pa din, pagbukas ko "no valid sector found" pa rin and nung ako naman nag try mag refresh stuck pa rin sa stuck on "SKYPVR Activate."

  • Hello, may idea po ba kayo ano remote code for TCL TV ng Sky Digibox? Yung mga codes sa manual di naman gumagana lahat.

    bumping this thread because i availed the minimum subscription (P299) with no internet.

    paid the whole year and they less a month subscription.

    I was about to go to san juan sky branch but it was closed due to covid new normal.

    Instead, i paid via gcash.

    The only reason i maintained this is to have other abscbn channels available 24/7 without burdening my internet bandwidth.

  • ^Grandfathered plan na yan sir ah, kasi ako nung pinaterminate yung internet at naiwan yung cable, they transferred me to the current Plan 500

    Planning to remove 2 extra HD boxes then pay annually for a 1-month discount. TIA

    called the hotline last year. They told me that i can upgrade the box with hdmi and i can swap my old box to the new box on their San Juan Sky branch. Asked for shift from destiny account to plan 299 sky with hd.
