dun sa mga naka mydsl biz, pwede ba patingin ng settings nyo? or iba iba yun?
kase na-delete nung nagconfigure ng router yung wan settings, ginamit kase as etherwan yung modem.

1. nagkakabit ba ang pldt ng dsl lang without landline?
2. re their wifi modem, puede kayang mag request ng "old school" modem na hindi wifi? (may router kasi ako)
3. o puede kayang bumili ng sarili kong modem? (wala akong tiwala sa wifi modem ng pldt. sigurado gawang china yan at bulok).
4. meron bang cable na ipapasok sa bahay ang installer para pag kabitan ng modem?

well for ADSL router replacement I recommend TP-LINK TD-W8980

I recommend this because it fully supports OpenWRT including the xDSL. dual band sya and it has gigabit port lan, meron 2 USB ports to plug your USB drive act as a Printer sharing or as a simple NAS function by plugging a USB storage device on it.

technically its a modem-router or to be complete a modem-wifi router not a wifi modem
alam ko standard ang 4 but not familiar with the new models of pldt dsl router

yes in most cases. Either i bridge mode mo (modem only mode) and use the router as a router or keep the modem-router as a modem router and use the wifi router as a wired access point

caveat, di ako sure ha
depende sa config mo. In bridge mode+ wifi router off ang wifi ng modem router so only the wifi router's wifi is on. In normal mode + AP mode for the wifi router there will be 2 (or more depending on how many AP's you have) wifi signals. Device will connect to the strongest signal

Tumawag sakin yung taga pldt ulit binagsakan ako noong sinabi kong walang lock in period yung free speed increase. Pero change plan meron. haha nainis yata

balik naman yung dc ng dc yung dsl ka-asenso plan namin, mukhang titiisin ko na lang hagggang august tas papa-cut ko na at apply na lang ng bago, since na lipat itong ka-asenso plan namin dc ng dc hayst!

Question, may nababasa kasi ako na hindi gagana kung magkabit ako ng router and switch? Tama ba?

Hello po!
Tanong ko lang, nagbayad kasi ako thru BPI online, ang nailagay kong merchant is PLDT instead SMARTBRO. Maiittransfer kaya ng PLDT agad yun sa SMART kapag pumunta ako sa branch(PLDT) nila?
That was my first bill kaya i thought si PLDT yung biller.

Kami lang ba nakakaranas ng walang Upload speed sa DLS plan? Ilang araw na kaming ganto, di natatapos ung speedtest ko sa speedtest.net kasi ayaw gumalaw ng Upload speed.

Sino naka-plan 1299 dito? One week na kami na halos 1.5 lang DL speed. May problema ba sa DLSU Taft area? Nakakainis kausap yung Customer Service sa Twitter eh parang robot sumagot hahaha

^ same here 1 week already, download speed down from 8 to 3~1.5m mbps.
Then if you do anything (Videos,download etc) yung ping will skyrocket to 800-1000. Tanza cavite area :/

nag upgrade ako 2 weeks ago from plan 1299 (dsl+landline) 3mbps to 5mbps. 1699 ata to o 1799. have this internet service for 5 years na.
dati 2mbps lang yung plan ko, nakakuha ako ng mga 1.3-1.8mbps, then nag automatic upgrade si pldt ung mga nakaraan lang from 2mbps ginawa nilang 3mbps. nakakakuha na ako ng 2.0-2.2 mbps.
so eto ako nag upgrade 2 weeks ago to 5mbps. nung 1st week ayos speed ko pumapalo ng 4.0-4.7 mbps. naiintindihan ko naman na "up to 5mbps" etong internet pero this week nasa 2.6-3mbps na ang pinaka mataas na nakukuha ko. tumaas din ping ko sa online games ng very slight lang naman na hindi naman nakakaapekto sa paglalaro ko pero just for the sake of number tumaas siya. bakit kaya biglang naging ganito?

minsan talaga mga sir swertehan sa quality ng subcontractor sa mga area nyo mga sir.. pag mga sablay yung local subcon nako malamang maraming sakit sa ulo sa internet sa specific areas kung saan sila naka assign..

hayst on-going pa rin yung dc ng dc ng dsl namin, kanina umaga nag punta na yung tech (subcon) ang sabi naka angat daw yung wire namin dun sa box nila at nag babalat na daw so pinalitan daw at kinabit ng mabuti. pero after 4hrs (around 1pm) na dc kame, as usual nag blinking yung dsl sa modem tas around 6pm dc ulit!
na papaisip tuloy kame na i-pacut na lang at kumuha ng bago line!

Anyone experienced this? My baudtec modem suddenly just had a blinking POWER LED, the other leds are complete off like DSL, internet, and all lan ports. Of course, no internet. I think the modem is dead but PLDT isn't so sure. They are doing a line test yet that has taken 2 days and counting. The line has a dial tone. Are they just taking their sweet time or is it really possible this is a line problem?

Well kakabayad ko lang sa PLDT business center. ng 1100 for installation fee
at habang nag bbackread ako marami palang nabiktima nung 1299 speedster. e iniisip ko baka ako rin
eto yung pinirmahan ko
ang alam ko kase pinili ko yung bundled plan yung 1299 . as far as i know may telephone yun
speedster ba to lintek na yan :(
