  Hi, tanong ko lang sana kung ano problema ng internet namin sa bahay..
  
  lagi kasing disconnected every 10-20mins, nawala din yung telepono namin 3 days ago..
  
  may complaint report na kaso wala prin tech nagpupunta.

  I took a risk and bought Tenda D301 modem/router to replace our 5+ yr old PLDT stock modem.. Mukhang ok naman so far, umabot ng 5.84 mbps yung speed namin at one point (5 mbps yung plan namin).
  
  Ang issue kasi for the past few weeks, regularly na bumabagsak sa .7 to 3 mbps yung speed then pag nagrerestart ako ng modem dun lang bumabalik sa 5mbps yung speed. Hopefully ma-resolve na yung speed stability issue.

  Sa naka DSL Unli Plan 1299 3 Mbps na normal ang connection (hindi affected ng 'network downtime'), pahingi ng favor. Paki post naman dito yung attainable up/down rate or kung pwede yung DSL profile nyo. Kailangan ko ng comparison. Parang may nakita na ako nag post dito dati pero hindi ko na mahanap. Thanks!

  plan 1299 10mbps 100gb data. 3 device wifi lang ang gagamit, more on fb lang sila and konting youtube and cctv viewing paminsan minsan.

  Plan 1699 5mbps madalas nakukuha lang is 2mbps + pero meron din namang mga times na mabilis ilang beses na kong na gawan ng report pero pag andito mga tech na titiming na ayos naman net pero kanina inis talaga akokasi mag isa ko lang gumagamit 2mbps lang nakukuha taas pa ng ping 72 kaya tumawag ako at nag request kung pwede magpapalit ng modem router, tiis tiis pa medyo malapit na ang fibr.

  Mga sir tanong lang na medyo out of topic. May problema ba kung ibibridge ko ang Onu at Prolink White modem gamit ang 200 meters RJ45? Gagana kaya yun? Salamat. 2 kasi bahay namin, 2 blocks apart. E para sana makatipid, imbes na panibagong subscription edi gamitin na lang namin yung prolink white modem sa kabilang bahay.

  Ang alam ko 100 meters ang limit. Shorter if you want to run it at gigabit speeds.

  Hi, question lang po.. Pag nag-upgrade ba ko from Unli DSL Plan 1299 to Unli DSL Plan 1699, magrereset yung lock in period ko for another 24 months?

  Newly installed 5mbps. Only getting constant 1.2meg dl and 0.45 ul. Ticket already opened. Valid ba for early contract termination yung ganito? Less than half nakukuha, pero buo ibabayad namin. Bacoor, Cavite area.

  same problem, Novaliches area. Naitawag nyo na sa 171? Nung nagline test ang PLDT, sabi long loop daw kami. After 2 weeks of constant follow-up, "tiningnan" ng technician at wala naman daw problema yung linya. Pero naeexperience pa rin yung autorestart ng Internet light ng modem.
  
  Hindi kaya sa modem ang problema? Zyxel P-660HN-T1A pa rin ang gamit namin.

  I think PLDT is giving me two different IP addresses - now I cannot access my CCTV system from outside the network using DDNS.
  It used to work when my old PLDT modem was a black zyxel box, because the IP listed in the modem is the same listed externally.
  
  The IP Address listed in my pldt modem is:
  Interface: a0
  Mode: MER1483
  VPI: 0
  VCI: 100
  NAPT: On
  IGMP: Off
  DRoute: Off
  IP Address: 100.64.128.35
  Remote IP: 100.64.128.1
  Netmask: 255.255.128.0
  
  External IP Address from http://whatismyipaddress.com/ is
  124.100.124.11
  
  Is there any way around this? The DDNS Service is updating my host with 100.64.128.35.
  
  I have set my CCTV local IP address as DMZ on the modem already, but I still cannot access the CCTV interface using any of the public IP addresses now.

  @wesss88
  they placed you under cgnat, PLDT is not giving you an internet routable ip anymore. sadly this is becoming a norm with the current providers, even globe and converge. there is nothing you can do about it on your end.
  
  you can try requesting for a public ip but take note that PLDT have no obligation whatsover to provide a public ip not unless you are specifically paying for it.

  Changing your modem won't help.
  
  Call PLDT and explain you need a public IP for CCTV(sometimes they give it back) or buy a cloud dvr and replace your current equipment.

  For those on CGNAT, if you cannot request for a public IP or a dedicated IP, just rent a $30/yr small server in the U.S. and tunnel the ports you need to access remotely. Requires some technical skills though.

  Once na matapos ang lockin period,
  Pwde kaya ipadowngrade to landline only?
  
  Plan ko kasi lumipat at want to keep the phone number.
  (Bakit kasi hindi uso sa pinas ang number porting)
