If change ka DNS sa router/modem ganun parin? Never konkasi naexperience yan maliban sa ibang site na cloudfare service check pero after nun diretso sa site na gusto ko puntahan.

*Hindi ba agad ma-access ung GUI? tried 192.168.1.1 sa echolife hg8145v5, not working pero ung connection meron an.

sabi sakin nung naglalatag ng fiber cables dito, bilang daw yung bahay na dadaanan ng fiber cable tapos lahat makakabitan pag nalagyan na ng napbox. Kalamitan na problema ng "puno na ang slots" dahil sa mga looban na mga bahay yung mga dikit dikit.
buti nalang samin subdivision talaga kaya hindi mauubusan

Hello mga sir, hingi lang sana ng inputs sa problem namin with our connection.
Since July 2019 okay naman ang PLDT internet namin. Nag start ang problem ng Nov 2020. Napuputol ang connection namin, nawawala ang INT light sa modem. I think same time din na observe ko na tumaas ang speed namin from 10mbps to 20mbps (Fibr unli plan 1299). Our condo has no fiber cables btw. VDSL po yata kami if I'm not mistaken.
Ilan beses na kami nag reklamo si PLDT at mga 8 times na napuntahan ng technician to check. 2 times na napalitan ang modem at several times chineck at inayos ang terminations ng cables (we live in a condo).
Same problem padin ang na encounter namin, may times na every 5-30 mins napuputol ang internet connection. Ang sinasabi ng technicians ay line na ng building ang problema, which I doubt kasi okay ang telephone line namin at may times na hindi naman napuputol ang connection.
Any leads on how to solve this would be much appreciated mga sir. Ano ba dapat ko itanong sa PLDT at sa technician baka may hindi sila naiisip na solution.

@keyanyan - I guess swertihan lang sa agent na makausap? I didn't request pero siya nagsabi na may itatanong daw siya sa 2nd level so ihohold niya tawag ko, so sinabi ko na lahat ng alam ko kung pano i-resolve issue ko, kasi medyo confident ako na resolvable remotely yung issue ko. Problem with these call reps is they usually just file a fault ticket kahit d naman kailangan ng technician lol

mga sir question lang, nakabit na yung line namin pero hangga labas lang, sabi ng nagkabit may pupunta pa daw na iba tao para magkabit ng line sa loob ng bahay namin. iniwan lang sa amin yung modem at telephone. ganun ba talaga mag install ng PLDT? tapos 2 weeks na mula nung nakabit yung line sa labas wala pa din dumadating na mag iinstall sa loob ng bahay namin.

Possible bang makarequest na hindi CGNAT yung connection? Hindi ko na maaccess yung CCTV ko sa bahay kasi CGNAT. I've tried calling them pero parang hindi sure yung customer support, pero in the end sinasabi nila hindi kaya machange kung CGNAT unless mag business plan para maging static IP.

Ganyan na yung bagong proseso ni PLDT ngayon. Ang naglatag ng cable mula sa poste hanggang sa bahay nyo ay mga contractor ni PLDT. Yung magkakabit ng modem-router nyo mula doon sa box sa labas ng bahay nyo papunta sa loob ay empleyado na ni PLDT. Depende kung gaano ka-busy yung taga PLDT kung kailan makabit yung modem-router nyo. Follow-up mo na lang din lagi sa hotline para alam nila yung pending pa.

salamat sir, kala ko na scam kami eh. pano pala mag follow up sa hotline sir, pag tumatawag kasi ako dun sa 888 8171 tapos iinput ko na yung 10 digit service request # invalid daw. meron ba iba number na pwede tawagan na direct na sa customer service?

Subukan mong mag email, mag tweet at mag message sa FB account nila. Hindi kasi user friendly ang tawag sa kanila. Wala ka makausap na tao kadalasan at pahirapan.

Mga boss, alam niyo po ba kung pano mag upgrade from dsl to vdsl? nung tumawag kasi ako tsaka nung nag chat ako sa twitter nila, ang lagi nilang sinasabi is pwede lang daw magupgrade from higher plan ng dsl. Wala kasing fiber dito kaya no choice mag upgrade to VDSL

I'm having extremely low attainable upload rate between 100-400 Kbps and a very high latency that spikes between 40-100+ most of the time, not to mention the occasional Intermittent Sync of my PLDT Modem several times a day.
Issue have been happening for about 3 weeks and already called 171 and have several repair ticket# with them already that involve backend reconfiguration of profile and yesterday was a physical line test by the contractor outside of customer premise.
start ng service DEC10 2020, maayus nman connection namin. most of the time 25 DL / 12 UL nd speedtest results ko.
napansin ko nagstart ung problem nung nagkaoutage sa area, then narestore naman within a day. few days narealize ko walang dialtone pero OK internet kaya nireport ko no-dialtone. nagpadala ng technician para ayusin dialtone, but it resulted sa lesser Upload speeds ko. then after I consecutively reported ng upload at latency issue ko, lalong lumala to the point na di n lumampas ng 500KBPs and attainable Upstream ko ang a very high ping.
I'm on Plan 1699 25mbps plan - VDSL2 using a PLDT PROLiNK PRS1841U-v2. wala daw kasing Fibr sa area namin sabi ng naginstall.
Assuming na tama ung configuration ng backend technician before, possible po kayang ung PLDT modem ang problema kase un nalang ang hindi napapalitan?
anyone here who can suggest how to deal with PLDT or their techs on how to resolve my issues?

Dec 2020 - FE arrived, suggest that there are available slot from PLDT Fiber
Dec 2020 - Lots of email exchanges, submitted application form, ID,Letter of request to change to fiber
Jan 25 2021 - Convert VDSL to pure fiber , same plan 1299 - 10mbps
Jan 26 2021 - No more disconnection, Landline fully operational

swerte mo sir, same tayo experience sa May-Nov 2020, then nag pa migrate din kami, till now wala pa rin, ang lagi lang sabi ready for installation na, 3 months nang ganun.
although wala kaming ganito:

Pahanap mo yung fiber box, our is 16slot, only 2 slot used(14 available) ,pinapinapicturan sakin, only 4 houses away
ka email ko is PLDT Billing then napunta ako sa PLDT application(parang nag submit ulit ako ng new application, id and the letter, including the picture of the post)
after a week, nag ocular, after a few days, pinalitan na lahat ng cable, internal and external, all fiber cable na.

ilan oras po maactivate after migration. yun samin gumana saglit then nwala after 5 minutes.
same parin ba yun hotline( 171) kapag ireport ng loss of dialtone at internet?
since last year pA daw dapat gagawin yun migration pero inuna ng mga nagkakabit yun mga new subscribers kaya naubusan na sa box yun mga datihan.

Second week of January pa ako tumawag para sa migration from DSL to FIBR. Sabi 3 to 5 business days lang daw but hangang ngayon wala pa. Kapag tatawag sa 171, automated message lang maaabutan kasi may existing ticket pa.

use pldt admin user to enable slot 2-4, connect mo lang third party router kahit sa second or third slot

We got upgraded to 50mbps but we didn’t avail of their promo. We are on plan 1699 still on copper wire.

baka ako lang nakaexperience mas mabilis connection ko sa 3rd party router kumpara sa fibr router ng pldt. puti at may 2 antenna yun ininstall noong migration.
