ayos na ayos po ang PLDT sa Skype compared po sa mga dati kong ISPs. Nakafull bar po ang signal namin pag nagskype po kami with my dad abroad. :) Pero siguro po kung kayo lang po magisa ang gagamit. Talagang mabilis pero siguro pag medyo madami, mahahati ung sa video conferencing.

Depende po siguro sa location. Sa amin po sobrang linaw and hindi choppy. Manila Area po kami. at 1299 2 mbps lang po un.. :)

syempre depende din sa isp ng recipient.
Kahit nasa first world ang recipient kung say nakatira sa suburbs and mahina ng kaunti ang lte signal e choppy pa din

Hi Guys magandang gabi po.
Meron na po ba nakaranas sa inyo na kinancel ung application kasi sobrang layo daw ng cabinet sa location mo?
Nag apply kasi ako nung switch from another telco, ung half the price, free installation, tapos meron ka pang additional bandwidth, kaso ang tagal. So naka apat na beses akong follow up, only to be told by Customer Care na cancelled na request ko, reason is ang layo daw ng cabinet. nakaka WTF?
Anyone else nag avail via Holideal?

wala naman na sila magagawa kung malayo talaga, yung iba nga 1 poste na lang layo sa kanila hindi na nakabitan eh. Minsan yung iba nag babayad na lang ng additional payment para lang makabitan.

ako pafs muntik ng icancel tinanong ko nlang kung pwede gwan ng paraan. nag advise lang na maglagay ng tatlong poste gastos ko daw mejo papasok kasi ung sa amin.. so far ok nman connection plan 1995 pero la pa upgrade. negros oriental kasi eh. hehe

mejo looban din kami, so sabi ng nagkakabit, need pa daw lagyan ng poste. yare na , ayaw ikabit, kaya binigyan ko nalng ng lagay. hahaha
nilagay nila sa puno ng niyog, pero gagawan ko nalng din ng poste. kasi pag may nag inspect daw baka tanggalin
ayon, kesa magcomplain, ganun nalng...

just sharing. installed on Dec 17, 2015, home dsl plan 1299 (holideal promo)
first bill as of Jan 7, 2016 as shown on my bill details:
service fee for Dec 17 - Jan 6, 2016 is waived. i don't know why as im subscribed to the half price promo.
service fee for Jan 7 - Feb 6, 2016 = P879.97 (already paid)
second bill as of Feb 9, 2016, it shows that i have to pay the full amount of P1299. my billing statement is not yet available though.
altho sa first bill may nakalagay dun na "discount on switcher home bundle plan 1299". antay ko lang online bill statement saka ko irereport ito sa business center nila. mukang may mali sa pldt account. tsk

Guys ILANG YEARS bago kayo nakabitan? kasi kami nag apply kami sa agent last month pa tapos hanggang ngayun wala pang tawag... nakailang follow up na kami.. plan 1995 kami...

Pina disconnect ko yung previous dsl ko na high speed 999 na disconnect nung saturday. Ngayon kaka connect lang nung bago ko same pa din high speed 999 pero naka fibr facility na. Same pa din speed niya nag doble lang yung upspeed. Pero down speed 2.5 to 3mbps pa din. Pag nag speed boost ba magiging 10mbps to?

Plan Tvolution 1599 (2.5mbps) ako, tapos sinisingil ako ng 99 for iflix.
Pero sabi sa site, included na sa subscription.
Magiging P1698 monthly ko nyan.
Baka upgrade ko na lang sa plan 999 (1699 monthly).
Mas mabilis pa, at kasama sa upgrade.
May bayad po ba kapag nagpalit ng plan?

If upgrading from copper plans lower than 999 to copper 999, walang bayad, make sure lang na wala kang past/over due balance. But if you're upgrading from any copper plan to Powered by Fibr plan 999, my migration fee na yan na babayaran:
Fibr Activation Fee: 1500
ONU Fee: 2200
Installation Fee: 1100 (or 50% off or waived depending if there's any promo)

you mean limit the speed per user? afaik di pwede yun whether dsl or fiber modem. Kailangan magkabit ng other router na meron function na ganoon

^I think yan yung workaround na ginagawa nila to set the WiFi speed (literally) not a bandwidth limiter but effective way to bandwidth limit the wifi users, this will also affect speeds from local traffic

2. Nakuha niyo po ba agad yung account number nyo pagkainstall sa inyo?
Sa agent po kc ako nagapply sa business center po. Nung tumawag po ako sa PLDT mismo, wala pa daw silang mapullout na account namin. Possible po ba un? Mga 1 week na po kami magmula nung nakabitan. Thanks po sa magrereply. Pasensya na po :)

If I remember correctly, mine took about 2-3 months(billing cycles) when we afforded of the PLDT landline plus and changed our landline fee from 667 to 850php flat and there was a discrepancy in the charged fees after I did a computation on the prorated charges.
Then again this is 2 years ago.

can't really help you since we had our first bill about 5-6 years ago
I guess just wait for the bill and if may discrepancy sa charges, you can file a dispute with them.
