    what settings do you use bro? baka meron mga automatic settings na naka turn on sayo? if it's HRD content i think may issue sa saturation or overblown ung mga highlights sa recent versions ng software.

    I bought a 55A8US almost a week ago. May napansin ako na parang hindi normal. When I turn off my TV parang may faint lines na nag stay for about 5-10 seconds. Parang na iwan na backlight.

    Anyone else experienced this or need ko to tawag sa TCL?

    Di gumagana bro. Sabi ng MX Player ko sa TV kailangan daw Army7 NEON Codec, which is APK sa mx player website. Triny ko na yung neon na .zip file pero ayaw niya i decode. Triny ko na din yung nilink mo na AIO ayaw pa din.

    According to this site:

    V549 is available for a list of models which includes C6.

    My concern is they have different filename

    V8-T658T01-LF1R549
    V8-T658T02-LF1V421 (previous version)

    New one is T658T01 while previous one is T658T02. Emphasis on the ending number 01 and 02.

    Have anyone installed the new version? Is it compatible? If yes, what is new in it?

    maganda ba yung 65" na worth 30k sa SM appliance? mas mura pa sa skyworth na nasa 36k.

    Ano difference ng preset game mode at yung game mode sa settings na pwede I on no matter what preset on tcl P8S

    I found kasi na turning on game mode sa settings while using game mode preset significantly improves picture quality.

    alam ko lang yung Game mode may mga inooff na DSP para bumaba yung input lag

    Depending on the TV, game mode can either look like sh*t (like for my Samsung TV) or look better (since in some TVs, mas accurate ang colors). Also, depending on the firmware version, medyo f*cked yung preset options ng TCL tvs so just use what you think looks better. If you're using it for games, just set it to PC preset. Sakin slightly saturated yung game mode eh.

    do you use an independent media player on your tcl tv or you just use the one that comes with the tv na ?

    if gumagamit kayo ng ibang device ano gamit ninyo ? for watching movies.

    I used MX PLAYER PRO and VLC PLAYER. Mas supported ang maraming video formats and codec.

    Yes sakin din normally that's the case. Pero pag Gina it mo game mode na preset, and then I on yung game mode na separate during the game sa settings, gumaganda yung picture quality significantly.

    Important na I on during the game. Idk bakit siya ganun, but worth trying out

    hi sir, noob question. halos parehas lang din po ba kung bibili po ng basic tv/smart tv 4k + tv box compare sa bibili ng android tv? iniisip ko po kasi kung bibili ng sony tv (basic/lower model) tapos kakabitan ko nalang ng tv box para maging android tv or android tv na tcl? (eyeing for tcl 55p8s). gamit lang po kasi namin basic led tv with tv box. i need your opinion guys sa mga android tv users. gusto ko lang po malaman mga pros and cons side by side bago kami bibili. thanks.

    Anyone here knows the difference between the P8US vs P8M series ni TCL? Ano mas okay bilhin? Pareho kasi ng price sila ngayon at P19,999. Balak ko sana bumili ngayon.

    Depende sa android box na bibilhin mo. Kung authentic android box siya (for example, MI Box S or NVIDIA Shield), pwede naman. Actually, mas powerful ang original android box kasi mas feature rich siya. I owned a MI Box S before. Served me well. Binenta ko na nga lang dahil Android TV na ang binili ko.

    Ang disadvantage lang dito is dalawang device ang nakasaksak sa kuryente versus sa built-in na sa TV ang android OS.

    Bumili na ako kanina ng TCL 55" P8US. Pareho lang sila nung P8M and A8US.

    salamat po sir sa reply sir. nagpost din po ako sa ibang thread kaso walang pumapansin sakin. noob question po kasi hehe. anyway salamat sir naliwanagan narin po ako. never pa kasi kami naka experience ng android tv. tv box lang kami saka basic led tv setup lang. kaya nagtanong po ako dito kung may pagkakaiba. mibox s po ang gamit namin ngayon. nvidia shield sana ang bibilhin namin since may pauwi kaming relatives from US noong time na bibili kami, e kaso hindi kami naka order nung black friday sale kaya nag mi box nalang kami.

    baka meron kayo any new firmware versions? currently at v322, still not fixed sakin ung HDR oversaturation ee. :(

    found the v351 from North America's Server, maybe i'll try this one. i'll post if ever may mga fixes included.

    alam ko ung 01 is oreo pa ee not so sure about it, kaya i think hindi yan ang latest
