  minsan lang naman po ginagamit optical drive..
  
  meron nabibiling usb slim optical drives dvdrws na affordable naman.
  
  99% of the time... hindi mo kelangan optical drive... twing turn mo po pc.. aactivate optical drive mo dagdag kain kuryente lang yun.. and mawewear-out lang agad...
  kaya maganda din naka usb lang yung optical drive.
  connect mo nalang whenever kailangan mo.

  well, mga bagong released na laptops kaya naman boot from usb flash drive
  most of us naman uses umpc for its portability
  but this it of course not the complete package.
  
  what i do for my hp 2133 is that i put what i need to my 120gb portable hard drive.
  doon nalang me install ng whatever i need.
  
  seldomly used din optical drive ko sa desktop ko except format ako pc or burn ng dvd.

  Medyo malaki yung 10\" I think, I have a 12.1\" laptop and I want something smaller. Sabi nila may 8.9\" din diba? Sana magkaroon (saka mas mura) eheheh.

  MSI is a good brand. They have been engaged in laptop business and yet, their product seems to be okay. I have an MSI laptop and it has not bogged down yet. With their new product, the MSI Wind, this will be a great notebook.

  uu nga nagbasa ko sa kabilang thread (MSI Laptop users) mukhang ok naman ang msi since wala naman major issues silang nilagay...
  
  nabasa ko din review sa mini note ng HP mukha talagang hindi uubra ang VIA na proc
  
  msi wind pa din talaga...ok sana eee pc kaya lang hindi din uubra ang maliit na capacity
  
  hintay na lang talaga ng review ni sir highwiz hehehe

  @highwiz, did you notice something about in the photos from link posted?
  - there seems to be no RAM slot meaning the RAM is not upgradeable.
  
  at the end of the post it is stated:
  

  That 2.5 inch disk sure looks big on it.. If understood right, the RAM is soldered but there is empty slot for adding more.

  
  - but I really can not see any slot to upgrade the RAM. Any additional links?
