  skycable din ako (Xavierville QC), superlag din since patch went online, mukhang 2am lang playable (170ms) ngayon :(
  
  would like to suggest na tawag mo sa sky, prepare screenshots and traceroute then send to them, even then, parang di naman talaga na ssolutionan (i did all these and they even sent a tech last sunday to check cable lines sa building, they said may loose connections daw sa labas and fixed those - but latency issue is still unresolved so their tech sent the screenshots and tracerts ulit)

  Bad trip. I guess tiyaga muna mag VPN. Any other VPN na free and ok for Diablo 3 other than hotspot shield?

  Tanong lang para sa mga adik pa din & updated sa D3 builds... Between Barbarian & Monk, alin masmabilis makatapos ng Seasons Journey Conqueror para sa stash tab, pag solo player lang? Medyo masmatagal kasi ngayon ung 2 conquest requirement, mukhang possible lang ung "On a Good day" & "Years of War". So between Barb & Monk, alin sa 2 pinakamadaling mag GR55 lahat ng 6 set?... Ung Barb & Monk na lang kasi least played class ko kaya sila pinagpipilian ko for S10.

  Good Day, question po sa mga sky cable users, naglalag pa din po ba kayo? Kung hinde na po ano yung solution na ginawa ni sky(or kayo) para ma fix yung lag issues? Since patch 2.5 nagstart yung lag ko hanggang ngayon red pa din latency ko.

  Ako skycable 50mbps in Xavierville QC, its been worse the past month,(Jan 2017 and earlier ok pa) as i have posted in the skycable thread, yung quality ng connection ko ok lang from 2am - 8am, outside those hours, unplayable lagfest na.
  
  ok is relative, yung "ok" with sky para sakin was around 170ms, i dont recall it getting lower than that(with vpn 130ms), mga pldt friends ko say theyre getting 60-80ms thats why i raised the issue with sky last January 2017.
  
  Around feb 2017, the problem worsened where pag 2am-8am lang "ok" yung line, akala ko temporary issue lang but apparently its been ongoing since.
  
  ive been contacting Sky through email and through their hotline almost everyday (twice a day recently) to give them a piece of my mind.
  
  i have on multiple times, sent them screenshots and traceroutes of the game(6th time na as of this afternoon) but the response is always "will coordinate with their system admin" or something around that.
  
  I do not know if there are any sky employees here in the forum but it would seem like these "system admins" are not doing their jobs or are not competent enough to get the results that I need. I have asked for an ETA (since this has been going on for quite a while now) and as an organization, they do not want to commit to a timeline on getting this problem fixed.
  
  I told them that the problem occurs at 8am SHARP to 2am (exact times walang mintis) everyday - so its not a congestion problem. Its highly possible that they have a routing or throttling policy/script that is being ran during that time thats why it messes up latency on those times i mentioned. and also prior to Feb 2017, i didnt have this problem, so whatever they did during that time, they should just roll it back.
  
  and yes, I have had their technicians come to our place to check the physical connections, they found a loose connector outside the house that contributed to more than usual SNR. that was addressed but it didnt change anything with the latency problem with D3. (getting up to 2900ms and sometimes the game would just freeze for up to 10 seconds)
  
  TLDR: may problema sky sa d3 at nababadtrip na ko. nakakapikon maglaro kung puro rubberbanding at lag.

  Sa Globe DSL ko pumangit din ung ping simula ngayong season, dati 200-250ms, tolerable pa, pero ngayon 350-400ms na madalas nag spike pa sa red (1K+ ms).... Tinatamad na tuloy uli maglaro, baka di ko na tapusin S10, I'll just move on to my other games. Pag wala pa ding improvement sa ping baka sa release na lang uli ng necromancer maglaro.
  
  Ang isa pang nakakbadtrip sa Blizzard, sa iba naman nilang games ok ang ping. Sa Overwatch, 45-55ms lang ung Americas region (Singapore server), Sa Heroes/HoTS 80-90ms din ung Americas (Singapore server). Pero sa D3 di sila makapaglagay ng Singapore server for ASEAN countries sa Americas region. Di na kasi ganun kalaki kita nila sa game na 'to & papaunti na din population compare sa iba nilang games kaya di na sila masyado nagi-invest sa D3... Sana labas na nila Necromancer DLC para ma-revive ang D3.

  I was researching and reading around sky and D3 problem. Im badly affected here at home (Paranaque) with my 16mb connection. lag galore. But, sa makati pad ko having the same connection of 16mb. ok naman kahit anong oras sa d3. weird!

  in my case though, if physical line yung problem, then hindi ba dapat whole day (including 2am-8am) yung problema.
  
  tinawag mo na rin yung problem mo? gawin ko tong references ang mga nag ppost ng mga d3 latency issues nila sa sky. (actually sinend ko na sa previous email ko yung url ng sky broadband thread)

  Actually i got curious and played last night ng 2AM. And i guess you are right. from 1600ms bumaba ang 150ms. played till mga 4 and consistent nga siya. but here in makati with same 16mb connection wala naman problema whole day. havent reported this. will do also later

  thanks for the info guys. Parang di rin lang sa d3 yung slow net problem ng sky, Although pag ispeed test ko siya na oks naman 16MB, yung performance naman nya sa downloading/streaming may issues. Nangyayari din sakin na oks yung wifi connection ko pero pag sa desktop ako nag browse ala connection. Weird naka connect naman ako sa steam or battle.net nung time na yun.
  
  May existing line pa kami sa bayantel, try ko ngayon maglaro ng d3, at least umabot ako around 400ms, eh 3mbps lang plan namin dun. Compared sa 16mbps ng sky na 1000+ms lagi.

  same experience here. speed test 16mb naman, browsing no problem. yun nga lang sa D3 sablay. battlefield 1 tumaas naman ping starting 2 weeks ago.

  takte ang hirap naman makalogin this week using globe. nakailang powercycle na ako ng modem ah. may internet naman (access to other websites) pero ayaw makapasok sa battlenet.

  Bukod sa lag issues on 32 bit client, parang pahirapan ang drops ng legendary. Nakailang rift runs ako sa t4 and t5 ala talagang binababa na legendary (mga 7 runs)
