    yung saken naman dati, wala na sa bill ko yung NDD / unli bb bundle so di ako nachacharge pero nakakatawag pa dn ako and unli g2g pa din sya..

    no need to worry naman kase nakakakuha naman tyo ng rebate.. panalong panalo kna jan sa rebate mo na 1 month.. kaya di ako nalipat sa pldt kase ayos customer service ni globe..

  • mga ser ano bang ok na value dapat para sa noise margin and attenuation? mashado atang mababa yung noise margin namin (6dB accdg to status page ng router).

    May problema po ba yang internet nyo ? Yung tipong nag dc, wala sa tamang speed o mataas ang ping sa online gaming ? Kung hindi naman po huwag nyo na po pinag papansin pa yang noise margin and attenuation
  • ^laging mabilis ma-DC. parang d maka-hold ng connection. tinawag ko sa globe ang sabi may problema daw sa "connection parameters". and mukhang yung noise margin ko mashadong mababa kaya may interference, hence laging DC

    nitong friday lang nagsimula. before nyan 3 weeks walang problema yung internet namin

  • Question po: ano ang settings na dapat ayusin sa hg180 na router para makapag browse? Fb, messenger, at youtube lang gumagana. Nag change na ako ng google dns pero hindi pa din gumagana. Thank you po

    Masyado po mababa attenuation nyo. Pa check nyo na lang baka lumuwag lang sa port sa cabinet or sa dp box nyo po

  • Internet down here in San Antonio Pasig for the past 4 days.

    According to Globe hotline it is a problem with the cabinet affecting entire Pasig.

    Am experiencing intermittent connection, that when connected is extremely slow and only lasts for around 5 minutes at a time. Globe hotline is useless and is just a group of people who act as an answering machine and provide programmed apologies. >=(

    we just moved to rosario, pasig and our connection is fine (no jinx). bombard their messenger chat (Gie of Globe and Globe Telecom) with messages and they will act on your issue.

  • my contract with Globe is a 50mbps fiber connection until June 2019. this was installed in a condo which was fiber-ready. Unfortunately, we had to transfer to a building where the only facility available is VDSL. i was expecting that my down speed would become 20mbps (the equivalent of 1899 50mbps fiber).

    but i was surprised when the technician said my connection would just be mirrored from old to new. and that i would retain my static IP. so ayun, from fiber 50 to vdsl 50, which tbh, i don't feel the difference. Netflix still streams Ultra HD 4K without buffering. so still happy with Globe hehe.


  • @gMsCoTT: i have the same issue! i also live in san antonio pasig. since friday ang problem. pero ang sabi may pupunta daw na technician samen. i think when i reported last sunday, hindi pa alam na area-wide problem siya.

    i remember it started friday afternoon after the rains stopped. it was raining the whole day.

    Tama.. wag mong sasabihin na na-ddc ka kasi mababa yung attenuation.. mapapahiya ka lang.. hahaha
    Sabihin mo mukang noisy yung line or baka mahina yung binabatong signal kaya mababa yung Noise Margin..

    Speedtest ka, 70mbps+ ang result.
    Mag download/stream ka, 8-9mbps.
    Mag game ka, high ping.

    Parang nakaminimum yung up/down rate ko? Any help pano palitan? Plan 1299 10mbps pala. Salamat!

    yes, tumawag loyalty department sa akin kahapon.
    sa January 2019 pa daw shipment ng free roku streamwatch ko.
  • ok na globe namin dito sa san antonio pasig. nag-rewire sila dahil may problem nga and tumawag pa to confirm kung ok na. well, at least better service than PLDT? lol
  • ^ nawala na din pa dc dc samin dito sa santolan pasig. mukhang may rewiring nga sila ginagawa marami ako nakikita globe sub cons lately dito sa amin paikot ikot
