Ano kaya problema ng dsl ko? There are times na nag rered yung internet pero may dsl light naman and yung dial tone meron.

^as a precaution, i suggest ipa-reset mo yung PPPoE password sa hotline baka someone is trying to use your account.

Speedtest on my vdsl 100mbps connection last night was slow, 10mbps download lang pero normal 27mbps ang upload.
1 week din kasi umalis ng bahay, patay lahat ng kuryente.
Sabi ng CSR mag perform sila ng reset para mag "synch" ulit ang system at bumalik ang advertised speed.
Pag gising ko nayong umaga, 60mbps na. Observe ko mamaya ano sitwasyon

Mga sirs, plan 1299 5mbps, speedtest 5mbps/.8mbps.
Yung upload speed ganyan po ba talaga, di aabot ng 5mbps?

Ok thanks. Download speed ko in mbytes is .6 - .7 lang. Ayun sa conversion bits to bytes parang ok naman.

input your location sa broadbandfinder tool nila. if there's 200mbps to 1gbps plan sa area mo then there should be fiber.

Guys question lang po, yung broadband namin 3 times ng pinupuntahan ng tech, pag inaalis yung plug ng modem or tinuturn off ung power button pag power back on laging LOS / red light sa internet. may dial tone naman. Configuration po kaya yun ng modem? disconnected din yung PPOE

Update sa situation ko
Back to normal na internet speed ko @100mbps, baka dahil nga sa pina refresh ko sa system nila. Pero pag nag restart ako ng modem need ko mag hintay ulit >4 hours para bumalik sa normal speed. Weird lang.

nawala ung go Big na 50mbps at 100mbps ah hahaha
nka lagay sa shop nila out of stock na, bakit kaya? :)
hirap siguro mag apply dun ngayon sa plans na yun kasi dati nung nag pa upgrade ako sa 50mbps go big, ang una nilang pinush saken is ung Unli na 50mbps, sabi pa sakin wala daw go big na 50mbps, sabi ko "meron nasa shop nyo" kaya wla sila nagawa lol

Kaya pala nung nag pa change ako sa 50mbps Go Big, hindi na raw pwede.
yung 1899 unli 25mbps na pala kaya pala nakukuha ko is around 28mbps

I suggest investing on a good router para mo monitor mo independently yung WAN traffic sa end mo without relying too much sa app.
Gamit ko dati was a belkin router running on Tomato firmware when I was on 50mbps GOBig plan and eventually switched to AsusWRT running Merlin firmware. So far both are good in tracking overall WAN traffic lalo na per device.
Eto ngayon for the month of February 2019. So far halos pantay sila.

sayang naman d mo naabutan ung 50mbps, palagay ko kasi kaya nila inalis eh lugi ata sila haha, para saken kasi d ko problema ung data nung sakin, dko kaya ubusin ung 600gb ko na data kaya prang naka unli na din ako
