Hutmeil - I suggest that you email these test to Sky as a proof of bad service then request for disconnection. Honestly you shouldn't pay the termination fee as you're not getting the promised 40% guaranteed speed.

i think depende sa location or sa tech na nagkabit or madame na subscriber sa inyo
sa akin ok naman eh stable di ko lang ginagamit sa gaming

more than 2 weeks na kami since installation. Issue: Watching live streaming ng PBA naddc. FB hndi consistent slow and fast ang load ng pics. Downloading ng movie so t*****t fast naman. Panu po pala makita qng ilan ang users na nakakonek sa wifi namin thanks

@theduh: I doubt that will help. I tried to call their customer service hotline. Walang sumasagot. Ganun din ang nababasa kong comment sa FB. Pero try ko pa rin sana di sila magcharge ng termination fee.

Meron bang naka Sky Broadband dito around ortigas center area, malapit sa Ultra(Pasig). Kamusta rin mga ping niyo sa US West coast? Perwisyo na kasi itong PLDT DSL panay taas ng ping at biglang disconnect; ayaw din mag kabit ng fibr sa building.

try mo sir sabihin sa csr parefresh sa end nila. pag di gumana. pwede ka sir patawag ng tech pero ipatake note mo sir sa csr na inhouse papuntahin sainyo na tech. wag contractual. may time kasi na nagloko connection namin. lag sa ps4. pati pag ginagamit sa work.

According to the phone rep of Sky, the pre-termination fees are:
3, 8 (super saver 1599), and 16Mbps plans: P2,000
50Mbps plan: P4,000
Just to compare, PLDT charges 3x monthly service fee+P2,500 as pre termination fee. So if you are on PLDT Fibr 50Mbps (P2,899), the total pre-termination fee would be P11,197 :-o

Oo nga po sir. Sa bahay namin dito sa QC, naka PLDT Fibr kami. Wala akong problema sa Fibr, symmetrical upload and download and hindi talaga bumababa speed ko. My speed in PLDT Fibr plays around 48mbps to 50mbps DL and 45 UL. 3 years na kaming naka Fibr, kahit pangmahirap lang lugar namin at wala kami sa posh villages.
Sa condo ko kasi, Sky lang ang meron. I just learned na wala pang Cable na kasama yang 16mpbs. yung 50mbps meron. Mukhang yun ang kukunin ko pag lumipat ako.

Pldt fibr for 3 yrs then theres sky broband fibr already? sa lahat ng desperate magka fibr,ako pa ang napakamalas pagdating sa rollout. Virtually Zero fibr on both providers dito sa 10th ave and monumento caloocan. Piss poor location kami haha
