my corsair RM850 conked out. 2015 mfg date. According to corsairs website, psus prior to 2019 - 5 yrs lang warranty, Where can i have it fixed?
Its a 7-8 year old PSU na, rather than fixing it, maybe its a good time to replace it with another RM or RMx since they already updated it 2x since nung nabili mo, one in 2019 and as recent as 2021.
Just don't get the newer RMe, mukhang HEC ang OEM

help, bumigay psu ko. nag blower cleaning lang ako ng desktop ko eh..nag ooff na agad after ilang seconds..tinest ko na rin na case fan lang ang load, ganon pa rin so psu na ang problem.
may nakakaalam po kung saan ko pwede ipawarranty ito? 10 yrs daw warranty nitong model ng psu ko, thermaltake toughpower grand 650W 80plus gold na RGB. nasa approx 5 yrs na sakin ito.. TIA!

hi all.. i have an existing corsair sf750 80+ platinum and im planning to buy 4090 / 4080 16gb. I can sell the sf750 and buy brandnew CM v850 SFX 80+ gold psu for the same amount of sf750 once sold. Any advice? should i keep the corsair or sell it and buy the cm v850 instead?? only option is SFX psu due to case limitation..

Since Asus PSUs and others are just OEMs of better known brands - it is better to buy na lang from those who manufactures them directly like Corsair, Seasonic or even FSP...

This one ay nasa "it depends" category since yung ASUS Strix Gold na PSU ay based sa Seasonic Focus platform except modified yung mga heatsinks at fans so may improvement at pwede din warranted yung price increase. Pero kung same price na ng Seasonic Prime ay might as well get the Prime... or lalo na kung same or mas mahal sa Corsair RMX, get the RMX na.

Suggestion ko sa upgrade mo, yes palitan mo na yung PSU mo. Okay pa naman yan pero mas maganda na magpalit na lalo na kung:
1) may edad na PSU mo
2) outdated na ang design ng S12/M12
Not sure kung magkano budget mo or kung naghahanap ka ng solid na PSU na bang for the buck pero maganda na unit to:

I was eyeing for Seasonic GX-750W Gold, around 6,500. Mura ng suggestion mo boss so baka yan na lang kunin ko. I never had any problems with seasonic naman kaya parang nag stick lang ako. hehehe
UPDATE: Looks like sa mga suking tindahan (L*z*da at sh*pe*) may additional 1K haha.. nasa 5.5K.

Any units which were unused for, were in storage for, or discontinued for longer than 3 years due to capacitors aging very fast when unused
Oof. Ibig sabihin di basta-basta na iiwan lang na di nagagamit ang mga spare na PC at PSU, sisindihin tuwing ilang buwan.

my 2-years old seasonic M12II 600W psu has insufficient voltage of 4.9V on +5V that's causing windows crashing. can this be fix? bought this brand new. RMA is not an option as i lost the receipt. any technician to recommend? my 7-year-old OCZ psu which i bought used is more reliable than this seasonic.
