bihira ko magamit yung high fan speed sa aircon namin (LG LA150VC),yung medium kapag kainitan lang ng panahon at marami kami dito sa unit. so mostly naka low fan speed at 25deg lang gamit namin.

Questions, sir:
1. When you say higher fan speed+high temp settings, do you mean maximum fan speed? e.g if my unit has 3 levels of fan speed (low, medium, high) you mean high?
2. Are you using LG window type dual inverter too (mine is LG LA100WC)? If so, is the low fan speed = auto fan speed? Because I was searching for the auto fan speed for my unit but I'm pretty sure wala akong nakita sa manual/ internet -

Guys, question lang standard po ba ang 1500 na cleaning? 6 month old units average 16 hrs a day parehas.

Tinanong ko yung model nila sabi nung babae daikin eco king daw po. alam ko sir naka daikin ka din pero di ko alam kung yun di ba model ang gamit mo. Kamusta po ang power consumption ng Daikin?
Pinagpipilian ko po kasi kung yung Daikin na 1.0HP-FTKC25QVM or etong LG 1.0hp HSN09ISS.
or kung mag window inverter na lang ako na Panasonic or LG.
Number 1 concern ko kasi is yung power consumption. Mostly 12 hours per day ang aircon namen pag weekdays, pag weekend 16-20 hours naman. -
^around 30 to 40% savings both Panasonic Premium and Daikin Elite split type AC. I still prefer those 2 Japanese brands that Ive used though bago pa lang itong Daikin sa house namin. Backread na lang po for others recommendations which brand / model they use. You can try Ansons or Emilio Lim appliance centers mukhang sa kanila pinakamurang physical shops nabebenta na AC.

i think Mag ref & aircon services (along palico, bacooe:service center ng daikin) nagbebenta/install/service din ng panasonic. try nyo contact sir

Planning also to get Daikin. Thanks to the comments and suggestions of the active posters here.
Nakausap ko na si Ray of Ray and J’s. Maayos kausap, and knowledgeable. He makes it a point na sumama sa site survey para walang maging problem sa installation. May mga concerns lang kse ako sa pag lalagyan ng split types so buti na lang sumama sya and na discuss namin (yung isa kse mababa yung butas and tatamaan ng door, yung isa naman kse glass ang tatamaan ng buga ng outdoor unit).
Ok din mag pa site survey sa ibang stores / dealers / installers kse may mga different inputs din sila.
Am looking at the basic series yung D-Smart na FTKC25QVM (for the 1HP) and FTKC35QVM (for the 1.5HP). These came out in 2017. May mas bago na ba na versions for this series?
Di ko pa kse na contact si Daikin to ask. Sa website mukhang yun pa din. -

I'm using Daikin FTKC25QVM for my baby's room, installed last June. From Ray & J galing.
Ok naman, depende rin kasi sa room size. Matipid kung sa matipid, since inverter.
10-12 hours usage from night time till morning.

Btw, I am currently using an LG 2HP Split Type Inverter. HS18ISM. Made in Thailand nakalagay dun sa sticker.
Purchased last Apr 2016. So it’s 3yrs 4mos. Used around 16hrs a day, 7days a week. Ok pa naman. Well maintained, cleaned every 6 mos. Nasira lang once yung motor ng louvers, and they replaced it.
Two times ata nag ka leak sandali after cleaning, then nawala din naman agad. Normal ba yun? Pina balikan ko sa cleaner nung last time baka mali lang pag ka balik ng indoor unit. Wala naman nakitang problem and nawala naman leak after.

Around P900 to P1500 standard price nyan for split type inverters. Some based the costing on the AC size / HP. Yung suki cleaner namin charges P1300 for my 2HP inverter unit. One of our Panasonic didn't have regular maintenance before. There was a time more than 2 years hindi napalinis, kaya siguro nasira. Recommended interval is once every 6 to 8 months depende sa location mo na din kung roadside / maalikabok and the number of hours you mentioned.

Kila RayJ pinakamura't authorized installer sila for Daikin. Not sure lang if they're accredited installer for Panasonic. Need authorized ones para di mavoid warranty. Also, outdated na yata models nila Ray J mukhang nag overstock sila. But yes dumadayo sila to provinces.
If you want to canvass pa, you may check best prices sa online stores like car0use||. Since they visibly compete among various sellers, pababaan yan ng presyo as much as they can. Important lang to verify that they are authorized dealers installers with the manufacturer website, and not fly by night dealers. Dadayo naman sila specially kung nearby provinces lang like Cavite. -

Malaki ba difference ng tipid ng power consumption ng standard split inverter sa premium split na inverters, to justify yung price difference? like po etong LG 1.0hp HSN09ISS against dun sa may ionizer? -
^They say standard and premium have almost the same power savings. Sa features lang daw nagkakatalo with "nice to have" etong premium models like this Daikin Elite has horizontal auto swing louvers, weekly timer, comfort / econo sensors, matte finish etc. I didn't mind paying extra 5k given ilang taon ko naman gagamitin ito.
You may check with other users experience for other brands / premium differentiations such as LG with ionizers etc -

Laking tipid ng Panasonic Premium Inverter namin. Sa Samsung 1.5hp na inverter na laging 600-700kwh, nung nagpanasonic 2.0hp naging 396-400+ na lang yung total kwh. Kaya kung bibili kayo ng AC, siguraduhin na kaya niyang palamigin kwarto niyo. -

Sir, i checked "MAG REF. & AIRCON SERVICES " and "V.A. INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL SERVICES" both are authorized dealer of daikin in imus. V.A. INDUSTRIAL fb post 38,900(10ft installation,bracket,breaker) excluding electrical works. less than 3K nlng din ang difference from "Ray & J" 36,050 = 34,500(unit,installation) + 750(breaker) + 800(delivery) considering na mas madali siguro makakabit if installer is from imus.
But iam considering na "Ray & J" is already proven. Ano sa tingin nyo sir?

Sir, first choice ko Panasonic considering yun coated PCB indicated on thier website. For Daikin there is also "Gecko Proof",PCB coating based on thier FB Page posted last 2017and 2018 ata. Marami kasing halaman yun paligid ng paglalagyan nun outdoor unit kaya importante sakin yun assurance na may PCB protection considering na yun mga cases ng pagkasira dahil sa mga butiki at insekto.
Exact model nabili namin sa Rob Imus. 45k all in last April.

Yes proven na sila Ray J as far as cheap prices and good workmanship installation are concerned. Maayos pagkakabit nila ng Daikin ko last April, very professional din sila kausap. On time pumunta and kept me informed on their site survey, delivery & installation schedule that time. Just to reiterate though that they (still) sell outdated models and bad cleaning incidents (scratched covers, malfunctioning swing / louvers, etc) by some users here.
If you're concerned with insects / geckos infesting your unit given your environment, have a closer look and double check with Daikin. I think I read somewhere here that there's one user who complained na pinasok daw ng butiki yung outdoor unit ng Daikin nya. The lizard got electrocuted and damaged the outdoor pcb. Maybe an isolated case BUT just be aware of it.

If i can't find a good offer with panasonic, i will go with daikin from Ray J since everyone here have good experience with them. I got that price from their carousel post, updated model naman yun "D Smart Series" but yun "D Smart Elite" is no longer on their website. Parang D Smart KING na ata yun highend models nila. For cleaning maybe i will try authorized installer/cleaner near our place.
Yes sir, based on what i read, it is a common case with first released inverter aircon. Most of the people who experienced that are suggesting to buy Panasonic because they offer this "RESIN COATED PCB". Checking other companies that is dealing with that issue, i found Daikin is also offering pcb protection.
With my case it is preferable to choose between Panasonic and Daikin. Thank you for the inputs sir.

^Daikin D Smart King na pala premium inverter nila. Looks like it was first advertised around end of June. Naka highlight pa talaga in one of their ads na its "Lizard proof" . Have you inquired with Daikin how much D Smart King?
Nag search din ako sa carousel a while ago pero no listing of D Smart King yet. Most sellers including Ray J still sell Daikin Elite series as their premium model. Nasa 50k na pala yung 2hp. I got mine for P46.5k last April. I also haggled and got free dismantling of old unit din.
