As I have posted previously, a quick look at the touch panel will tell you the oem of the aircon that you're looking at. The Tosot TJC09VRZ is just another rebadged Gree. That being the case, same lang po ang performance nyan.
Kolin 1HP Window-type inverter
Tosot 1HP Window-type inverter
American Home Window-type inverter
Imarflex 1HP Window-type inverter
Gree 1HP Window-type inverter
All this from a basic Google search of pictures.. =) The grill design may change but the touch panel and remote will show that they are all just rebadged Gree units.

these even more complicates and confuse the buyer. binabangit din ba ito ng mga salesman sa customer? nagbabasa ako ng q&a sa l@z@da, karamihan ng tanong is bakit iba daw ung model# sa nareresib nila. then tsaka palang ipaliwanag ng seller then sasabihin na kung ano ung mga functionalities na nandun sa tamang model# eh ganun din naman sa dinedeliver nila... prang alanganin nman ata un from customer side?

What exactly do you mean sir? Kung yung pagkakaroon ng rebadged units, di yan inaamin ng mga salesman kasi gusto nila makabenta. It confuses the buyers? That's exactly what they want to happen. The less buyers know, the better for them.

At the end of the day, consumers must be discerning and do their homework. Di uubra yung basta ka na lang bibili kundi eh maloloko ka lang talaga. Salesmen are a very clever lot and are trained to really make a consumer's head spin. Nothing new there as this has been going on for centuries. Mabuti pa nga sa panahon ngayon dahil readily available sa internet ang information. Dapat lang eh masipag tayo magsaliksik.

Try mo Sundria aircon services. Ofc in sta mesa but they do their rounds in any metro cities. Fast, careful and disciplined cleaners. Their expertise is in AC Cleaning lang talaga. They send at least 2 personnels for window types and 3 personnels for split types kaya they finish cleaning in about 30 minutes or so lang. Check their FB page for details.

Usually an ordinary carpenter can install a window type AC on their own. Kasama na dyan yung paglagay ng decorative frame around it. We had our parents window AC unit installed by our kapitbahay nun 2015 pa which is ok pa naman until now. Let's hear it from other members based on their experiences.

Ano magandang filler sa sides ng window type AC para sealed yung air sa room? Yung kasama sa LG inverter black. alanganin yung color since puti yung AC. Saan din makakabili?

wala ba kasama decorative frame yun AC? matatakpan naman yan ng frame.

Tanong ko lang sa mga may experience or technician, ang replacement price ba ng PCB board ng hitachi split type inverter nasa 10k?
Yung error kasi laging E5, kahit pinalitan na lahat ng sensor ganun padin. Gusto ko lang malaman kung may mura pang pagkukunan na hindi ganun kamahal.

Basing sa kj/hr cooling capacity. Sabihin nila na mababa sa consumption pro mapansin mo mababa din ung kj/hr nya... hehe

total power consumption na yan. saka minimal lang ang power draw ng indoor unit dahil fan motor lang and a couple of LEDs para sa status indicator ng unit.

Try mo Ray n Jay's Enterprise. They can service you there. Am from Marikina / Cupang Antipolo area.
Oks na oks survey and installation. Maayos din kausap si Ray, madami nabigay sakin tips sa installation (as compared sa 2 other vendors) kaya I went with them (aside sa low prices nila vs other vendors. Yun lang, cash price yun).
Na suggest lang din sakin yan dito sa forum pero ok naman sila kse talaga. Am not affiliated with them ha. Am just a happy customer.
Daikin split types na install sa akin. Sep 2019, ok so far.
May malalapit din dito sa amin na Daikin vendors kaso di ko pa na research sila.

Inverter aircons are not really more powerful than their conventional siblings. Specs are pretty much the same when it comes to input, output, and cooling capacity. The primary difference lies in HOW they keep your room cool. And it's that HOW that you end up saving more electricity and money.

However, the design of the inverter compressor uses less moving parts so it's actually more efficient. On full running speed, modern dc inverter compressors consume less electricity compared to conventional compressor units with the same cooling capacity. Hence, why their full load EER is always higher than conventional counterparts. Not to mention that it's a lot quieter even at full speed.

If there's a brand that I'm curious about, it would have to be the European brand
Trane. Minsan lang ako nakakita ng aircon nila sa SLEX tollbooths and nung nag-inquire ako minsan sa authorized dealer nila, nagulat ako dahil may kamahalan talaga. Ka-presyo ng Panasonic yung basic unit pa lang nila.
But when I was looking at the brochure of their home inverter split units, I noticed that they had the "
I feel" button on their remotes - a feature that is ever present on Gree split aircons. This gives me the feeling that Gree is the oem for some Trane inverter aircons.. I really like their Stylus Mini-Split units that can either be ceiling or floor mounted.
<click here for link> Koppel has a similar unit but is prolly expensive as well since it's only available with their multi-split setup..
May nakagamit na ba dito ng Trane units? Can you share any feedback?

btw, I've been looking for a full DC Aircon from sometime now. madalas kasi sa china pa manggaling. since naka solar ako at kung Inverter din naman ang bibilhin ko. then, why not a full DC aircon instead? meron ba ditong nakakakita na ng ganun or gamit mismo? thanks and sorry po sa o.t.

yes, just check your installation manual where your installer should follow.
makialam ka kung makita mong below the minimum required ang gagawin sa unit installation mo.

Iba sir ang hanap ni Dodick. Yung full-DC inverter AC ni Hitachi ay 230VAC pa rin ang input voltage - meaning gumagamit pa rin ng AC power which is converted to DC for use ng DC motors nito. Whereas ang hanap nya is yung AC na 48VDC ang input voltage para direkta nang kakabit sa kanyang home solar controller. That way ay maging mas efficient since DC (solar) -> DC (aircon psu) -> DC (aircon motors) na ang setup as opposed to DC (solar) -> AC (aircon psu) -> DC (aircon motors). Meron kasing inherent loss sa conversion na gusto nya mawala and thereby maximize savings.

Midea FP 51ARA010HEIV-N4 1HP Inverter Window Type
When compared to the Gree KX-25i and it's rebadged siblings, here are my thoughts on it:
1. Cooling capacity - almost the same
2. Power consumption - almost the same
3. Filter - Midea has a better filter thanks to the silver ion filter bundled in
4. Price - Midea is more expensive at 29.5k versus 24k for Gree (Lazada prices)
5. Refrigerant - Gree wins because it uses R32 versus R22 for Midea
6. Warranty - same 1yr parts & service + 5 years on compressor

Good afternoon po? Ano po ba ang mas okay when it comes to after sales and performance: Koppel (super inverter) or Daikin (standard inverter)? Medyo nahihirapan po kasi akong mamili kasi onti lang ang price difference nila. I'm planning to use it po around 12 to 15 hours a day.
