Ah kung hindi ka naman mag-overclock then yung ASRock AB350 Pro4 is fine :-)
Sorry, what I meant by spend less on memory is not getting the G.Skill Trident Z DDR4-3200 but go for the cheaper models like Ripjaws V or go for DDR4-2400 or DDR4-2666 kits. Medyo mahirap kasi patakbuhin ng DDR4-3200 speeds ang memory sa Ryzen, at hindi siya guaranteed sa ngayon to run at those speeds.
Most of the time nasa DDR4-2400 or DDR4-2667 speeds lang ang stable, but some motherboards kaya ang DDR4-2933 or DDR4-3200 with memory based on Samsung B-die chips.
Pero in the future baka magkaroon ng BIOS update ang ASRock at mas maging compatible na ang DDR4-3200 memory with your motherboard :-)

Yan mga brodah ang specs ng pc ko, bumigay na po psu kagabi lang after almost 6yrs:( thermaltake toughpower 775watts yung gamit ko dati. Pasuggest mga brodah ng 3-5K na psu yung di po overkill, mag oc ako pero onti lang. thanks in advance!
Tingin ko best bang for buck option mo is the Seasonic G-750 kung prefer mo yung Gold rated PSU na semi-modular. Also look for Seasonic S12G-750 baka pasok pa naman siya sa 4K - 5K budget, but take note na hindi modular PSU and S12G series.
Usually ang 650W PSU is enough for your build, but kung hindi naman masyado malaki ang additional cost ng 750W PSU it's a good option. Maganda din may allowance ka for additional watercooling components, especially kung balak mo mag add ng second radiator + 2nd set of fans. Or kung plan mo mag upgrade to a more powerful GPU tulad ng RX Vega or 6-core Coffee Lake CPU in the future.

Good am. Ask ko lang kung anong pwedeng hints na at limit na yung PSU? I'm planning to upgrade my core parts(cpu,mobo and ram). Pinag-iisipan ko kung I should let go of my 5 year old PSU(CoolerMaster Silent Pro M2 620W) or buy new one. Gamit ko pa naman ngayon at no issues or noise pa naman.
