how about yung tacens 700watts ok ba eto? kung sa tingin nyo kapos sa gagawing ko rig yung 500watts..
nabasa ko kasi FSP din ang gumawa ng tacens at kambal nya ang everest 700watts sana totoo eto kung hindi naman mag
HEC 700watts nalang ako.. gusto ko lang sa tacens mura at modular tapos may nabasa pa ako FSP din ang may gawa..

mas mura ang Supero 700 kaysa Cougar 700 but the Cougar is 80PLUS Bronze certified. mahirap i-compare if you don\'t own both PSU and installed on identical systems. regarding performance on its own, backread ka konti. sir tony already owns one.
friendly advice: remember lang po na this is a budget series PSU. that\'s why it directly competes with HEC. don\'t expect too much or compare with other premium brands. as long as it can deliver the rated power, that is already good. -

lets give tacens a chance to prove its product on the market...
i will try this one modular PSU in a cheap price..

the problem stated in that link you provided i think has something to do with the 0dba technology of the psu. you see, the fan does not spin until a certain load is put on the psu to make the fan spin. reason for this is because in most european countries (where tacens is marketed mainly), they have a colder climate and therefore does not need the fan spinning all the time to cool down the psu. when the psu reaches a certain load, the fan shifts into gear and starts spinning to cool down the psu. i think that\'s how the 0dba feature works. in our country however, where the weather is much warmer, the fan needs to be spinning most of the time to cool down the psu to maximize it\'s performance. according to pc_reform, the manufacturers of tacens have tweaked their units so as to have the fan spinning all the time to adapt to the weather conditions of our country. taking that into consideration, i don\'t think that clicking sound on the fan is no longer applicable as it is already spinning from the time you turn on your pc. -

good comment! the fact that i got a round prong plug tells me that the psu is intended for sale in europe.....what does it mean to us?
psu\'s intended fopr sale in europe are mandated to have power factor correction.be it active or passive......this is a must, therefore we can be assured that our psu will not be adding pollution to our power lines. -

been using the Tacens Supero 700W for a month now and i would say i am more than happy with its performance. don\'t have any reason to complain. backread ka rin to find out other Tacens users\' opinion.

Alam naman natin na ang mga TPC\'ers ay mahilig sa \"bang for the buck\" items, and i beilieve this psu is one of them....hindi na ko nagdalawang isip na kunin to....=) -

I have to vouch for the quality of FSP psu\'s...
Yung Epsilon 600W ko hindi ako binigyan ng sakit ng ulo kahit kailan at napakatahimik niya....I bet the same quality applies to this :)
