bagong IT lang ako sa company at yung pinalitan ko, hindi agad nakapagturnover. Last day nya na nung pumasok ako. May win2008 pabx server. Yung Gui ng pabx accessible sa ie8. , nagupgrade sa IE ver 11(ver9 lang ang hinahanap). Nung nagupgrade nagerror ang IE. Lumalabas "class Asp for win 2008 not installed, pero nung chineck yung server roles, installed naman na. Paano po ang solution dito? Natatakot kasi ako mag re-install ng roles. Patulong po. -
Mga Zimbra masters question po. bakit po kaya yung mga outgoing emails namin from Zimbra Email Server eh napupunta sa spam folder ng client and suppliers? kahit tagged na cya as not spam/junk? updated naman po antivirus namin using symantec. Sana po may makatulong

all green naman sir both IP's sa mxtoolbox
neutral yung 1st IP namin and good yung 2nd IP sa Rep Lookup -
Check mo logs?
pm mo IP ng mail server nyo -

anong version ng windows 10 ang pinaka stable i know marami pa rin bugs si win10 pero base sa experience niyo or kahit sa suggestion na lang.

Mga Sir patulong po. Yung outgoing emails namin from Zimbra Server eh napupunta lahat sa spam ng mga recipients namin. Nag check na po ako sa mxtoolbox kung blacklisted yung dalawang IP and green light naman lahat. As per logs sa server namin accepted for delivery. nangyayari po ito lalo na sa gmail and google hosted domains. Hindi ko po ma-trace kung saan yung naging problem. Any advise po? Thanks!

Pre check mo kung Black listed ang mga IP mo use mxtoolbox ( email server IP and your Network Wan IP mo sa office ) swerte mo kung naka Leased line ka if naka black list ka kasi pwede mo request na Palitan sa ISP and IP -
^ meaning somewhere merong anti-spam flagged kayo as SPAMMER or blacklisted.
meron akong issue same ganito last week pero exchange server lang, green sa lahat ng spam check pero sa logs ng queue viewer naka blacklist kami. -

Sir every morning po ako nag check sa mxtoolbox of both IP's namin if blacklisted and green check po lahat. eto po as per logs sa Zimbra namin

You can also use swaks to debug.
If all else fails, change your sender IP address or use an SMTP relay. -

I have already requested a change in IP from PLDT and just waiting for response. As of now using spamav2.pldt.net as external relay mta and it works. Pero as much as possible we want email sending from our own server -
