May nakaaalam po ba kung talagang hindi ihohonor ng Lenovo ang warranty kapag walang receipt? Hindi kasi ako original owner at wala ako nung original receipt. Sabi nung tinawagan ko na service center need daw nila receipt kahit na nakikita pa sa lenovo site na within refund period pa yung unit ayon sa serial number. Isa pang sinabi nila e voided daw warranty kasi inupgrade ko ram mag isa.

mam sabihin nyo sa store ilalapit nyo po sa DTI or Cityhall or Barangay or kay tulfo yan kapag hindi nila pinalitan ng ibang brand na gusto nyo. Basta wala pa 1week na nasira na hindi sinasadya ay pwede palitan ng kahit ano gusto nyo ipalit basta sa same or almost same price.

Maganda experience ko sa Corsair. After speaking to them thru e-mail. Pinadala ko na defective PSU AX760i for RMA to Corsair Taiwan at no cost. They gave me a prepaid shipping label with DHL. Now I'm waiting for the replacement Corsair HX850i, wala na daw kasi silang AX760i :)

Mga master, pwede pa bang ipawarranty ulit ang PSU na replaced na 1 time, 2 years ago? Item is Corsair RM750x, pagkabili dati 2 years ago nasira agad kaya napawarranty then nareplace, but ngayon nasira na naman ang replacement. Items should have 10-year warranty but not sure if it covers multiple instances.
Any advice, I can't go to the shop kasi due to city restrictions, at di pa nagrereply yung shop. TIA

As long as it's covered by warranty you can have it replaced kahit ilan beses pa yan basta you don't violate the terms and conditions.

Anybody knows what are the warranty terms of asus laptop products? Bough the laptop at dyn****st 3 months ago. Laptop hangs/freezes from time to time (please dont ask about tshooting questions). Now, my question is, will they honor the warranty since I have already installed nvme 2x8gb ram on my own. The store i bought it from said I can do the upgrade myself. Just wanted to double check before going to asus service center

Ingat ingat na lang kayo sa mga lumilitaw na gray market units. Kawawa kayo sa warranty nyan. RTX 3000 is fairly new kaya covered yan ng 3 years distro warranty for most brands.
Dalawa biggest signs na gray market yung unit:
1.) The Korean "KC" sticker - pag may nakita kayo nito sa backplate automatic imported yan from Korea. And we all know walang global warranty ang mga GPU except for EVGA.
2.) The missing UBT or PCT sticker - The distro Ubertech/Techsquad puts a small sticker sa backplate with the date of Production/Start of warranty. Brands like Gigabyte, Palit and Sapphire carried by UBT should have this sticker sa backplate. Kung walang sticker, matic ulit walang warranty yan.
For everything else, mas safe kayo kung hawak ng seller yung original official receipt that it was locally purchased. Otherwise chances are, gray market unit na naman and walang warranty.

Hey guys. Does anybody know where i can claim warranty for an MSI MAG PSU? This is giving me a headache. I don't think I'll be buying MSI since the warranty system is practically non existent and really difficult.
