^ Sir, if you're on Win8/8.1 or 10:
Open device manager po. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers", them check for an entry with "AHCI" (eg. Intel(R) 7 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller). It should not have an X or red/yellow mark. If it does, mey problem po un AHCI controller.
To force TRIM, open Windows Explorer and right click on our SSD Drive. Open Properties, then Tools. Click Optimise. Select your SSD drive on the list and click Optimise again. Close.
Try benchmarking again po. Good luck!

^ Overall build and screen quality, as well as cooling system and expandability (the Dominator probably has more extra ram and ssd slots). DOMINATOR is high-end, while APACHE is mid-end if i'm not mistaken. Check the reviews of the two models to help you decide po.

100% yung gt72vr agad kukunin ko if I were you. Tama si sir retard. Mas mababa yung specs niya ng konti compared sa ge72vr pero madali lang naman iupgrade yung parts niyan kaya I'd go with the one with higher build quality and cooling.

Pansin ko nga hindi na bang for the buck ang msi ngayon. Simula nung dumating yung first gen ng gt60/70 series nila wala na akong nakitang less than 40k hindi tulad nung panahon nung gt628/gx660/gt780 series nakakakita pa ako ng less than 40k nung dumating yung mga sumunod na generations nila. Balak ko nga sana kumuha ng gt60 dati naghihintay akong bumaba yung price pero never bumaba ng 40k hanggang sa nag phase out na lang. I'm currently using first gen ge60 since 2013. Very satisfied parin ako sa performance at sulit siya nung nabili ko sa price niya unlike ngayon mahal na yung mga newer models. Parang mas competitive na sa performance/price pag usapang mid to mid-high yung lenovo at hp. Same price na ngayon ang asus at msi pero kung papipiliin ako ng brand msi parin kukunin ko. Tried and tested na. Brand name lang naman ang nagpamahal sa asus at alienware pero kung labanan ng specs, perf at build quality panalo parin msi para sakin.

I'll also agree with retard and van2009 for going with the GT series if you're really serious about gaming on these machines. the only reason why you'd consider the GE series if GT laptops is too heavy for you. pang-gaming kasi talaga build ng GT kaya mas maganda cooling. ang GE, parang in between portability at gaming.

tingin ko sina Intel at Nvidia dapat sisihin. o si AMD dahil wala siyang mailabas na pantapat sa Intel at Nvidia kaya yung dalawang yun ang nagcontrol sa presyo ng components. nung panahon ng GT628, GX660 etc. ay competitive pa kasi AMD video cards nun, pero yun din yung panahon na naiwan na sila sa competition. :(

Ay oo nga nakalimutan ko bigla yung parts ni amd. Sa tingin ko nga yun rin yung dahilan kung bakit nakakapagbigay ng competitive price si msi dati kasi may options pa ngayon puro intel at nvidia na lang. Naalala ko rin yung gx60 ok rin yung price niya yun nga lang bottlenecked ng cpu. Sana pag lumabas yung amd zen maging competitive ulit pricing ng msi kahit wala parin akong balak bumili ng bago haha.

^ yep, no problem with that. I'm currenly using 1x8GB DDR3-1600 1.5V and 1x8GB DDR3L-1600 on my Intel 3rd Gen work laptop po. Just make sure they run same frequency and latency for optimal performance if you're going to match them.

meron po bang user dito ng msi ge 700? may naka pag upgrade na ba ng memory to 4GB x 2 pcs = 8GB? or 8GB x 2pcs = 16GB?
I added a 6 gig of ram to my laptop GP60 2QF Leopard Pro. Totally Worth it!

Share ko lang My New GT72VR Dominator Pro magreretire na GX660 ko pero ok pa rin sya ngyn di na nga lang kaya sa mga modern games.
Pros:
-Lakas ng GTX 1060 kaya lahat ng mga bagong games
-Di masyadong maingay yung fan pag nakafull speed compare sa gx660
-Upgradable yung GPU
Cons:
-Yung IPS screen may kaunting backlight bleeding pag dark ang background at madilim.
-walang thunderbolt 3
