question ko, kunng gusto ko kumuha ng plan sa smart ngayon (phone naman), may chance ba na makakuha ako kahit may unsettled account ako?
willing naman akong bayaran ung 1.3k na sinisingil nila but not ung 6.5k na hinihingi ng collection agency, pwede kaya yun? obviously kasi nasa collector na ang account ko..
pede yun i think basta bayaran mo ang unsettled account mo na 1.3T. punta ka na lang sa Smart business center and try mo mag apply.. pero dont tell them na me unsettled account ka.. hayaan mo silang magcheck sa records nila..

May way ba na malusutan yung termination fee sa SmartBro? Naiinis ako magaling lang sa una ngayon ang bagal na. Calamba location ko.

sa wi tribe ang ginawa nila ay mag complain sa NTC and pag nag ruling favorable sa inyo then no termniation fee

naka 3g modem po ako ngayon.. pag nagupgrade po ba ako to 4g/lte modem.. maupgrade din po ba speed ko?
hindi po tataas bill or something? hehe

aFAIK if you don\'t change your 3.5g only sim card with a lte sim card and register (or whatever the procedure is called) properly then wala din. a lte modem + a 3.5g sim card will default back to 3.5g speeds and frequencies
oddly enough the reverse may not be true. i\'ve heard that a LTE sim card with a 3.5g modem will be faster because smart has reserved bandwidth for lte sim cards, meaning less prone to congestion
billing should remain the same
