Yung monitor may blue led indicator na may power pero pitch black lang yung screen. Unless, gagalawin lo yung sa jack, magkakaron ng display for 1 to 2 seconds then off ulit.

Good evening mga kaTpc.
Baka may kilala kayong nagrerepair ng MSI G24C Optix 144hz Gaming Monitor.
Short History: Purchased last Jan 2018, Okay pa to til August 2021.
Problem: 1) random events ng horizontal lines sa baba, minsan meron, minsan okay naman. 2) Changing brightness nagdidim then bright, nagookay din pag tumagal ginagamit. 3) Burning plastic smell sa ibabang bezel.
After all the occuring problems, bigla nalang nawala yung display.
Take note: wala pong dead pixel or garbage display, never nabagsak or nasagi.
Any fixes or ideas, and price qoutation if magkano aabutin.

Philips 223V7QHSB/71 22" Monitor. Yan ang issue. Bigla na lang nagkaganyan. May black horizontal stripes sa may lower part ng screen. 2 years pa ito, brand new ko nabili. Kaya lang 1 year lang ang warranty.Updated ang driver ng GPU ko. Nag enter ako sa BIOS, may stripe lines pa rin na makikita, so monitor talaga ang problema. Ano kaya sira nito? Repairable ba? Or kung repairable, magkano namn kaya magagastos?
From Davao City, Walang makakatulong dito sa forum at wala rin makakatulong sa lugar namin (sa mga PC Repair Center) regarding PC Monitor Issues. Bili na sana ako ng bago until nabasa ko sa Philips Website regarding Manufacturer Warranty, pasok pa Monitor ko sa 3-year warranty, buti na lang
Update: Ok na Monitor ko. Sa mga may sirang monitor jan, check nyo muna kung under manufacturer warranty pa sya, kc pwede pa nilang ayusin yan or replaced, shipping fee lang ang magagastos mo. If wala ng warranty, bumili ka na lang ng bago. -
Question,Mga green horizontal lines on the upper middle part of the screen means that its dying? Repairable pa ba? Been using this monitor for 5+ years already, not GPU issue since tested on other pc same result

Hello po. I don't know po if related po ito dito. Anyway, nagka-blue lines po kase yung ASUS VP24QR ko, wala pang 1 month.
Ang tanong ko lang po, ano po kayang brand ng gaming monitor ang durable at pang matagalan? for 1080p gaming lang po sana. Thank you. -

Sira po power on/off switch ng Xiaomi 34" curved monitor. Pag pinipress ayaw mag on (or off nung naka on pa PC ko)
Any idea where to have it repair? Ayaw kasi tangappin ng Xiaomi service center if not from their store or authorized online channel :( -

my monitor akong 21 inch na 1600x900 yung resolution na LG yung brand ayos pa yung mismong screen
kase minsan ng popower sya and pag ng on na sya na my picture sa screen hangat di ko patayin working sya pag namatay like brownout pag balik ng curyente stuck sya sa on and off hangang minsan ag ka picture ulit sya pero ngayon tuluyan na ayaw nya mag power pinatignan ko na sya sa pinsan kong ng rerepair sabi nya yung IC daw yung problem

Most likely capacitor issue lang yan.

well sabi nya yung IC kaya ng hahanp ako kung saan makakabili ng new IC or need exact donor?
sinubukan na daw nyang mg bago ng caps ayaw parin daw eh -
specterpro 34uw100 model, saan po kaya pwede ipagawa? out of warranty na, no power, no standby power issue.

Mga idol ask ko lang kung my idea kayo kng ano nangyayari sa monitor ko. pag nakawindow mode ako or nagbrobrowse lang sa net madalas po magflicker ung screen ng monitor pero pag naka full screen mode habang naglalaro medjo bihira pero minsan nagfliflicker dn. salamat po sa makakasagot.

monitor replacement last may 2022... lumabas ulit same problem hahaha... as usual... rma process ulit... under warranty pa naman... hindi pa talaga umabot ng 1 year bago lumabas problema...
from 165 Hz... naka 120 Hz nako... 165/144 lumalabas na lines...
hopefully... this will be my last rma request...

pa tulong naman po. kapag nag sasaksak ako ng speaker or exhaust fan sa kusina namamatay ung monitor ko mga 2-3 seconds tapos mag kaka display po ulet.. ano po kaya solution sa prob ko?? AVR po ba or UPS?? thanks po

bigla namatay monitor ko, may power naman yung AC adapter. sana yung monitor power board (kung ano man yun) ang sira. paayos ko sa friday..

@wakidiaz: do check the shop or store where you have bought your monitor... usually 1 year warranty sa kanila... prepare your receipt... doon mo ipa handle sa kanila rma process kung pasok sa warranty nila
after that... kung wala nang shop/store warranty... check mo website ng monitor mo kung ilang years ang manufacturers warranty... kung pasok ka pa sa manufacturers warranty... (asus has a link na yung serial number ng monitor ay pwedeng i check kung covered pa ng warranty... mileage may vary per manufacturer)...
you have two choices...
1. ipa handle sa shop/store na pinagbilhan ang rma/warranty process (may fee ito usually)... usual naman kasi na kapag mag email ka sa manufacturer at covered pang warranty ay reply nila na contact the shop/store...
2. direkta ka kay manufacturer/distry magpa rma... -
^ Sent the monitor last saturday sa store, gladly sila na mag aasikaso ng RMA kay distro. No update yet for checking pa nila. Buti na lang pasok pa sa 3 year manufacturer warranty hanggang august. Not sure if may cost involved wala pa nabanggit store.
Saved me the hassle din na magpunta kay distro since ipinalalamove na lang item -

finally got again my rma'ed monitor replacement... "TUF Gamimg VG279Q1A"... newer models eh hanggang 144Hz lang siya... then need mo pa i set 165Hz option sa overclock settings niya... unlike unang batches na 165Hz na siya outright...

Yung dealer ko did not charged for anything. Sobrang hassle free. from distro remarks, main board was replaced. -

San pwede pa warranty mga asus monitors? pwede ba dumerecho sa service center nila? nag multiply mga stuck pixels ko sa VP249QGR :(

as have posted back then... if under warranty pa sa shop/pinagbilhan... let them handle rma process... depende sa kanila kung free or may handling fee...

@STASIS: thanks, using that, hanggang around Feb2025 pa warranty sakin, just went to the store where i bought it. Tested and confirmed the defect then logged it on their inventory. Hope me stocks para makuha ko agad.

kung kay asus sila kukuha ng stocks... as per experience... minimum is 1 month... pero minsan matagal... unless nasa heavy rotation ang model at laging may stocks or mabenta... pero kung meron si store... usually go signal na lang from asus... bale palit stock lang...

^i still see the model on some shops despite being a pretty old monitor, pero yeah i expect something about a month dahil iba me shipping pa. Currently using my old LG 75hz ips monitor and also has that horizonal black lines at the bottom gaya sayo, but sadly doesn't change when changing settings or resolution
