Same sentiments with @m00chy. Ang tagal mag-update ng Shipping Cart, yung 2 sapatos na inorder ko ang tagal nag-appear sa website nila, inabot na nung price hike.

sana magkaroon yung Shipping Cart ng repack option kahit for a fee, bubuksan na rin naman nila yung packaging para i-inspect and i-picture yung items, ibabalik pa nila sa box ng courier para lang lumaki yung charge
yung sa JAC, naintindihan ko pa na ayaw talaga nilang buksan to preserve yung packaging ng courier para wala silang accountability pag may damage sa loob or may nawawala
anyway, hold din muna ako sa pag order dahil sa recent feedback dito sa LBC. might wait na maging stable yung globeshopper, it looks promising -
^actually tinatanggal nila yung packaging bago i-consolidate, pero sinasama nila sa pag compute ng price. so medyo scam haha. well sa case ko ganyan nangyayari.

awww, that's even worse. ang binabayaran mong service sa kanila supposedly is yung weight/volume na tina-transport nila from US to PH
their current policy is messed up -

^last kong padala is mid January, tinanggal nila yung packaging ng seller(multiple packages yun so I should've noticed). Not sure kung kasabay ng change nila nung Feb 1 yung di nila pagbukas.

@ijb00 actually mas okay yun para sakin. and maayos yung pagkakalagay nung mga items nung na-receive ko. pang-pamahal lang yung ginawa nila ngayon :/

Sa akin naman ang ginawa lang ay pinagsama ang 2 USPS MFRB para maging isa na package at mapadala ng isa sa pinas. Nakamura din ng VAT.
Last resort niyo ay yun kontak ko. Hehe.
May mga ilan na nagtanong at sana may mapagusapan sila at sila mismo magpatunay na mapagkakatiwalaan ang kontak ko. :-)

Ambagal talaga ng LBC mag update ng status sa site nila, yung saken estimated arrival ang status, pero nakareceive ako kanina na on its way to my doorstep na daw yung package, pero wala namang dumating, nakakayamot lang wala naman dumating.

January 26 PH, ang hassle nung hinde man nila ma update yung tracking number, pareho tayo, baka wala din tao sa bahay pag nag deliver sila

Pag nag login ako at tinignan ko sa My Shipments tab, ang nakalagay IN TRANSIT.
Nakareceive din ako ng e-mail na ang message eh "...your package is on its way to your doorstep", ang sabi nung rep ang ibig sabihin daw nun ay on its way to PH airport, then why the hell did the e-mail say to my doorstep, nakaka-bobo lang -
Pareho nga tayo sir. Pero status ko consolidated pa rin, had to call their csr just to get an update. Binigay lang saken tracking number, hindi tuloy ako sure dun. Hopefully, dumating na package naten within timeframe. Wag na lang naten asahan na today, dun sa pinaka huling date hehehe.

Mabuti nga sana kung within dun sa estimated date dumating, yung previous package ko super delayed, 7 days later bago na deliver

I have a question, I bought 13 games with different titles. The box is already with LBC shipping cart and in my storage tab the items are grouped in 1 row (with description games x13). Can I ship them together? Or is it considered commercial quantity?
Can I ask them to pack and ship the items in 2 separate boxes? Thanks in advance. It's my first time to use LBC. -
It's probably better if you call them directly and ask them instead.

@psyq pag ganun sir na super delayed manghingi po kayo compensation, like discount on your next transaction. Post kayo sa fb nila sa yung delayed package nyo. Saken pangalawang transaction ko pa lang sa shipping cart lage delayed update ng storage pero ok nman yung consolidation at tracker update last time. Ewan ko lang ngayon kung baket kung kelan nagtaas ng rate eh bumababa nman service level nila.

Kakainis naman LBC shipping cart. If i had'nt called them I wouldn't know my tracking number cause they dont update their website. Late na nga consolidation ko tapos wala pa update yung tracking number. I guess I'm not the one of the lucky ones that get their boxes the soonest. Sa Jac ba most of the time 1 week lang delivery from the time u pay your shipment?
For JAC, averaging 10+ days from delivery to NY or shipout from NY. Thing with JAC though is, abandon all hope of tracking while en route. Their website tracker is useless since they don't automatically give you tracking/invoice number, and even if you managed to get the number, website update is delayed (usually after you have already picked up the package). One day they will just text you anonymously that package is ready and say amount due. No billing details (unless you make effort to ask).
I might switch to them tutal they aren't cheap anymore, almost the same rate na if not higher sa Jac. So you're now paying premium for the service and speed.
Wow, noticed that LBC changed its pricing, now $5.99/lb or 8.99/lb and no more tax table or 10% tax. No more "slightly lower" rate than JAC (though the small savings would get wiped out by the 10% minimum tax anyway).

bibili ako na worth $500 watch or $1,000.. ok ba yung LBC shipping cart para 1pc watch? can they be trusted sa mga ganyan items? or may iba prefer kayong forwarder na ok? btw, its my first time bumili from US..
actually dapat bibili ako sa friend ko ng watch "watchlibrary manila" medyo mataas din kasi sa kanya.. pero sympre he can be trusted tska pwede installment pa.. 3-5k din kasi difference eh.. or ganyan din magagastos ko kung direct ako sa US because of taxes/fees?
