does myecasa send email or update our dashboard once they shipped our item to PH ? it's been 4 days no update after they mark the item status to PAID

^ Nope. They don't send you emails for the status of your package. Sometimes the update process takes days that by the time the status was changed, you already received your package.

pinoyboxdelivery.com...wala pa ba talaga nakakasubok dito? they let you buy a box and then fill it up ala BB box style. Inform ka nila kung puno na or kung wala ka na papadala pa, pwede downgrade ng box. And they say 35 days max lang ang sea cargo for MM. Reasonable rates too.Marikina based warehouse for UMAC. Meron from UK, Canada and US.

Ang tagal ng email ng invoice ni myECasa. 6 days na since nareceive yung item sa US warehouse nila, was tracking via UPS, pero wala pa din.
Mukhang napag-interesan na ata yung inorder ko na Bluetooth speakers and they will declare as "lost" kunwari na lang. Hay naku, stay away na. Unreliable na yung service nila.

mine was received by their warehouse(myEcasa) last week monday, got my billing invoice friday afternoon, medyo slow sila ngyn to send billing invoice pero i'm sure by tues. or wed. nasa office na nila yung items ko

@SosukeAizen manual order processing ba ginawa mo or through your account online?
This January kasi when I had items arriving and I did manual processing sinabihan nila ako to update the items in my dashboard. This was only after I emailed them (days after the arrival and no updates received) with regards to my billing. In my case ako talaga humihingi ng invoice dahil ang tagal nila magpadala nito.
So far di pa naman ako nawaawalan ng items. Nadedelay lang dahil matagal ang updates or minsan need pa sila iemail.

I checked out their Air Freight Express Shipping service. Their Rate Calculator did not state whether Pounds (lbs) or Kilograms (Kgs) ang tinatanggap nung data entry box sa table. Also hindi sinasaad kung yun estimated shipping cost eh kasama na ba o hindi pa yun Customs Tariff na babayaran natin for the item. Although palagay ko HINDI pa nga kasama. Mapapaisip ka pa tuloy kung magkano sisingilin nila kasi paiba-iba maningil ang customs depende roon sa tao na nag-compute at tumingin sa tariffs rate table.
Para tuloy hinuhulaan lang ng customs personnel depende kung masipag o tamad sila tumingin sa tarriffs table. Sometimes they tend to "overcharge" eh.

Online process, kaya nga nakakainis sa tagal. I've been calling them every day, palaging "ipapadala na po namin mamaya yung email invoice". Aba, wala namang dumadating.
Hay naku, if this is the kind of service that myECasa will provide, mag Johnny Air na lang ako. At least alam kong pinoproseso yung items ko pag doon.

my 2 items was paid already (2 different ) in myecasa no email no tracking provided.. 3rd item already in their warehouse as for my ups tracking but no billing sent.. called 5 times today no answer sent 3 sms no reply.. 1st time user ng myecasa :(

Has anyone who requested to ship in January already had their box shipped out? Requested to ship Jan 22 but still no update up to now (going on 3 weeks).
Got e-mail reply from Forex that the Jan 22 request was shipped out Feb 5, just not updated on website up to now. Was also given the tracking info.
Our apologies for the inconvenience, please be advised of the delays in updating your Forexworld account and processing ship out request and invoice details due to the volume of packages received in our warehouse and no. items queued for shipping. Rest assured that we are doing our utmost best to catch up and have the rest of the details provided the soonest time possible.

I'm pushing this too far pero baka lang meron na nakapag try na din nito dito, wala kasing sumasagot sa TPC USA thread. Somewhat related lang. LBC Balikbayan Box from the US or any other cargo. Any experiences? Bale eto yung orig na BB Box talaga na someone you know consolidates then have it shipped via LBC or other courier. I have a friend kasi in Pittsburgh,PA and actually galing pa lang ako dun for 6 months. Wala akong nakitang mga Pinoy ever. BTW, hindi din Pinoy ang tinirhan ko. Kaya wala syang alam sa mga BB box. Ang alam ko lang is eto nga dito sa thread na to din. I actually used Pobox/Forex when I was in the US dahil sa wala akong makitang LBC mismo.

Never tried other service but pobox.ph. Been with pobox for more than 5 years. No issues encountered. Almost every 2 months may box ako sa kanila.

So, was told by someone at JAC Plus that the way a package is handled in NY depends on how it is labelled. If label mentions AURA (e.g., AURA/Your Name), then it 'falls under' JAC Plus. If label is addressed to just <Your Name>, it falls under JAC Padala.
Policy on waiving of handling fees on multiple packages:
Apparently, for JAC Padala, it is one handling fee per flight date.
For JAC Plus, it is supposed to be one handling fee per Mon-Sat week (based on received date).
Is this consistent with other people's experience?
Recently had a JAC Plus package forwarded to province via LBC. JAC Plus quoted and charged P445 for LBC shipping. But according to the LBC label/doc, the LBC cost was only P435. Apparently, JAC charges an extra P10 above the LBC cost?

Myecasa has been exceptionally slow the past few weeks, maybe months. I just paid a couple of weeks ago and still no package. They're not keen in naswering text, emails and calls. No update on the website if it's shipped.
Kailangan bang iinform sila after mo mabayaran na pwede na ishiship?
