  well, got this email from Shipping Cart when I inquired about my packages:
  
  "You should receive an email notifying that your package has been accepted at your Shipping Cart address on October 3, 2016.
  
  We sincerely apologize for the delay. As stated in an advisory we sent, we temporarily suspended operations to facilitate upgrades to our warehouse systems beginning September 9, 2016, which affected the electronic processing of delivered packages for acceptance to your Shipping Cart address. However, we assure you that these packages were physically accepted by our U.S. office. We are pleased to inform you that we have resumed the electronic acceptance of these packages.
  
  We will email you should there be any changes in schedule.

  Grabe. October 3 pa? I just hope my packages are with them talaga. Para kung wala, ma-notify agad yung seller/courier na di nareceive. :(

  bakit ang tagal naman nun Oct 3 pa, alam ko nauna pa na receive package mo kesa dun sa akin. Lucky lang siguro talaga package ko nakalusot, siguro dahil single item lang yung sa akin (pansin ko comments sa fb nila puro mga consolidated may problema). Advanced pa nga ng 6 days dumating yung pina ship ko.

  EDIT: Spoke too soon, after ilang minutes accepted na din agad. Also mukhang bumalik na yung pag picture nung item.

  Well sa case ko never naman talaga on time si jinio laging plus 1 day sa date range na claim. Yung last ko is plus 2 business days so I wouldn't expect na on time. As long na makarating.

  Hello guys.. May itatanong lang po sana ako. Kapag po ba umorder ako from US using ShippingCart ay may additional fees pa ? Tanong ko na din po kung may nakatry na sainyo bumili from US ng SSD, monitor or any PC parts using ShippingCart. Kung meron na po ay kamusta naman ang item pagdating dito sa pinas ?

  Sa mga gustong bumili sa shipping cart tingnan nyo muna ito para d kayu ma surprise sa fees at taxes. Nakatago yan d nila nilalabas sa website nila. hahaha.

  and I'm browsing this thread and found out this new couriers. Di na ba POBOX and preferred courier?
  
  Medyo sabay sabay items ko (shoes, clothes,bags and few electronics) pag umorder, kaya I prefer sea freight.
  
  Nag hahanap na ko alternative sa POBOX, dahil namamahalan na ko sa 9.75% state tax ng warehouse nila sa Cali. Most of time kasi sa Amazon lang ako bumibili kaya default na yung state tax.
  
  any recommended cheap/reliable sea freight courier na walang state tax ang warehouse address?

  Pinaka sulit padin naman POBOX for cosolidated sea freight. Mas madami lang talaga siguro naghahanap ngayon ng mabilisang air delivery (na unfortunately, hindi specialty ni POBOX) kaya nawawala na si POBOX sa picture.
  
  Grabe P48.40+ na pala ang US$1 ngayon, bad news sa Pinoy U.S. online shoppers :( sana mag normalize bago ang Black Friday sales.

  @adonis I would prefer Jinio over MyEcasa and POBOX. Medyo pahirapan kasi ang updates sa MyEcasa, tapos mahal air rates ng POBOX. Plus mas mababa sales tax (if applicable) sa warehouse ng Jinio.

  i inquired at Shipping Cart..pseudo consolidation pala ung kanila..total sum of dimension of each items lang..hindi dimension ng new repacked box...tapos California din pala ung warehouse nila..

  Super tagal na rin akong customer ng POBOX kaya di na ako nagpalit ng forwarder. Hanggang ngayon ok pa rin ang service nila sakin kaya di ko na tnry yung forexworld. Pero kung air freight, myshoppingbox gamit ko. Olats pa yung air freight ni pobox at may minimum pa.

  Hanap ka ng hindi mabusising air forwarder. Bawal na kasi ang may battery sa air freight. Umorder din ng garmin officemate ko using myshoppingbox pero via ocean freight kasi may battery.

  Jinio pwede ata door to door. Myshoppingbox door to door din. Di ko pa nattry myecasa.
